Bright and quiet apartment in a Baroque building on the 3rd floor with elevator, just meters from the historic Ballarò market and Palazzo Sant'Elia on Via Maqueda. It comprises a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a large shower, and a bright kitchen with a dining table.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, heat pumps, Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, CO2 sensors, and a fire extinguisher.

Perfect stay!

This property was even better then the pictures. Anna was absolutely wonderful, she had a complete guide to Palermo waiting for us with many recommendations! The flat was clean, roomy, and perfect for us 2. I would highly recommend staying here!

Il y a eu des difficultés avec le chauffage et l’eau chaude. Par contre la propriétaire a été très aimable et est venue ou a réglé le problème par téléphone. Généreuse pour l’aide et l’information. Appartement confortable et bien situé.
