A truly exceptional two-bedroom duplex apartment located on the ground floor of this stunning conversion of an old Falmouth school building. Located centrally to town, with a parking space and views over the river and Flushing harbour, it's just a short walk to the centre of Falmouth.

Tasteful renovation mixes perfectly with high modern specification throughout, comprising two double bedrooms, master en-suite, bathroom, downstairs WC and fantastic open plan living space filled with light and character. There are lovely views across the river and towards Flushing harbour from the master bedroom and the communal gardens provide a tranquil sun trap to enjoy. With the added benefit of an allocated parking space onsite.

Falmouth is renowned for its beautiful period buildings and wonderful sailing waters; a true sailors town Falmouth has seen a renaissance over the past ten years and offers a vast array of bars, restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes. Famed for its many festivals and regattas, the town also offers a good selection of shops, from boutiques to high street retailers.

The apartment was fantastic. Great location, very central to the town with easy access to everything, very clean and well appointed. Communication from the owners was extremely quick and nothing was too much trouble. 5 stars, very happy we decided to book this one.

Perfect stay in Falmouth

This was possibly one of the best home rental experiences I’ve had. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, conveniently located, had everything we needed, and the host left us with delicious ingredients for a cream tea! I highly recommend!
