Elegantly refurbished, light, spacious, and complemented by original artworks; there is ample accommodation for four guests. Large skylights flood the property with sunlight and even on dull days the house is wonderfully light. The high barrelled ceiling in the large sitting room dining room add to the spacious effect. There is off street parking for two cars (steep drive) and steps down to the front of the house. Seabien is split level with stairs going down to the bedrooms. Whilst quiet and secluded, Seabien is also conveniently placed for the vibrant town centre with its numerous restaurants, bars, old inns, galleries and shops and Events Square - home to The National Maritime Museum and Rick Stein's Seafood Bar. Beach lovers will adore Falmouth's four beautiful beaches, three with seasonal lifeguard patrol and two with excellent water sports facilities. Nearby gardens at Trebah, Glendurgan and Trelissick are lush and verdant with exotic plants. Keen walkers are spoilt for choice with spectacular coastal paths and glorious countryside. We had a fabulous holiday in Falmouth, and cannot fault this cottage. Clean, comfortable, warm - we loved it. Beautiful views of the harbour, a short 5min walk into the beautiful town with its lovely boutique shops and restaurants. Ideally located for the ferry to St Mawes and Flushing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Thank you very much. Delighted you had a fabulous holiday. Loved the comments in our guest book - especially the one from your daugher. Come again!
We had a lovely time at Seabien - the rooms are all a good size so there's plenty of space, and the kitchen was well kitted-out for when we cooked. The property was clean, warm, and the skylights are a nice touch - they produced a good atmosphere when it rained! Good views of the harbour from the garden patio, and only a very short walk to the water and into town.

Sea Bien is a little gem, beautifully maintained, very comfortable and in an excellent location. Falmouth and all its interesting shops is minutes away and the surrounding beaches are also very accessible. We have had several delightful holidays in the house, and Vanessa and Simon could not have been more friendly and helpful . Highly recommended.

Lovely house, great location, superbly equipped.
Lovely house, spotlessly clean, well equipped, great size for a family and day guests.
Very spacious, plenty of seating both for relaxing and meal times. The kitchen was very well equipped for self catering, with all that we needed.
The bedrooms were clean, bright and comfortable, having an ensuite was great with four adults.
Great location, easy to walk into Falmouth town centre and also located well for sight seeing, getting to the beach and coastal walks.
Overall a lovely place to stay.

Seabien - the best!
Simply the best accommodation we've had in over 20 years of visiting Cornwall! A very well-furnished, clean and comfortable place, with a brilliant sea view. A quiet position with off-road parking, and ideally placed for walking into town. The "little extras" (eg flowers, biscuits...) provided on arrival made us feel very welcome, as did the warm welcome from the owner. Eating in was made easy by the comprehensively-equipped kitchen, but there are also many excellent restaurants within reach. We'll be back!

Fab place to stay
Spent several months here whilst working in the area.
It was truly a home from home, with everything that you could need!
The house is modern, stylish and most importantly spotlessly clean.
Vanessa and Simon are wonderful hosts - couldn't do enough for us.
Hope to return later on this year whilst working there again.

Fantastic Family Holiday
We stayed in Seabien for the Easter break and it was the perfect base for us. It's a lovely cottage, much bigger than it looks in the photos, and a great location for exploring Falmouth and the surrounding areas. Vanessa is a fabulous host and had left some little treats to welcome us to the property. It was very reasonably priced for the time of year, and for the standard of accommodation. We would highly recommend both Seabien, and Falmouth, to any young family looking for a perfect UK break.

Dear Sara
We are delighted you enjoyed your stay. From river boat trips to St Mawes, Easter egg hunts at the glorious Trebah gardens to meeting Vikings at the Maritime Museum, it sounds like you got a good taste for our lovely town! Not for nothing was it voted one of the top places to live in the UK by the Sunday Times! All the best and do come and stay again
