Stunning, spacious and contemporary open plan living with french doors leading onto a south facing private balcony with sea view. 3 bedrooms and family bathroom lead off the main living space.
2 large doubles, one with wall mounted TV and sea view through french doors with direct access onto private balcony with outdoor furniture. Third bedroom has views across the back garden and equipped with a small-double bed.
Plenty of storage throughout, free unlimited wi-fi, bed linen and towels provided. Well equipped kitchen containing everything needed for a fabulous holiday.

Over an acre of lawned communal gardens around the property with parking for 2 vehicles within private car park. Private lane to the right of the building leads directly to Swanpool Beach & Nature Reserve with decked Beach Cafe, plus a fabulous cliff top restaurant, Hooked On The Rocks, with fabulous local food and amazing sea views across Falmouth Bay. Swanpool really is a hidden gem, a quiet family beach benefitting from wi-fi and plenty of outdoor activities. Kayaking, sailing, diving, fishing, rock climbing as well as a crazy golf course and bouncy castle.
Falmouth Golf Course is situated opposite the entrance to the property car park - it has a fabulous restaurant with sea views. Different coastal paths guide you along the coastline either the right towards Maenporth Cove and onto the Helford Passage in one direction, or to the left towards the main beaches of Falmouth and prestigious seafront leading to the historic Pendennis Castle, or a stroll around the Nature Reserve and into Falmouth Town with its cobbled streets, excellent restaurants and selection of boat trips in all directions. Falmouth Marina and Port Pendennis, offer atmospheric coffee bars and restaurants within the bustling marinas, with boat rental.
Plenty of other activities to get out of the sunshine, the magnificent Maritime Museum, Arts Centre with theatre & gallery, central Cinema with 5 screens including 3 luxury spaces offering sofa's, armchairs and waitress service, the glamorous Princess Pavillion with beautiful gardens, Edwardian bandstand, tea rooms, bar & bistro and popular concert venue and not least the historic Penndenis Castle, built during the reign of Henry V111, castle and grounds are open to the public. Not only is this property immaculately clean, it's in a peaceful location minutes from the beach. It's very well equipped with everything you'll need and comes with crisp white bed linen and fluffy towels. It has 2 fabulous restaurants both just 5 minutes walk away plus a close beach cafe. There are many coastal walks and cycle routes to enjoy. It's opposite Falmouth Golf Club. Falmouth Seafront and Town just 5/10 min drive away.
