Private lane to the right of the building leads directly to Swanpool Beach & Nature Reserve with decked Beach Cafe, plus a fabulous cliff top restaurant, Hooked On The Rocks, with fabulous local food and amazing sea views across Falmouth Bay. Swanpool really is a hidden gem, a quiet family beach benefitting from wi-fi and plenty of outdoor activities. Kayaking, sailing, diving, fishing, rock climbing as well as a crazy golf course and bouncy castle.
Falmouth Golf Course is situated opposite the entrance to the property car park - it has a fabulous restaurant with sea views. Different coastal paths guide you along the coastline either the right towards Maenporth Cove and onto the Helford Passage in one direction, or to the left towards the main beaches of Falmouth and prestigious seafront leading to the historic Pendennis Castle, or a stroll around the Nature Reserve and into Falmouth Town with its cobbled streets, excellent restaurants and selection of boat trips in all directions. Falmouth Marina and Port Pendennis, offer atmospheric coffee bars and restaurants within the bustling marinas, with boat rental.
