I loved this place! The apt and the furnishings were charming! The kitchen was well stocked, the place was very comfortable, and the location!! Walk to beach, restaurants and shopping without being in the middle of it.

Perfect place for myself, son and daughter. Katrina had everything you need and more including beach accessories. Having the garage to park in was an added bonus! Short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. We loved our stay.

Our second visit and it was once again WONDERFUL! Katrina takes great care of the space and the little touches really show. Hot water everytime, great bedding, cooled filtered water waiting in fridge, and beach chairs, towels, umbrella, wagon etc. for guests to use.

We have stayed in a number of Katrina’sCottages over the years. They are all beautifully appointed, clean, well stocked with comfy beds and fluffy towels and crisp linens. This unit is two blocks from the beach! We had an amazing time exploring Ocean Beach! Wish we could have stayed a month !! We will be back soon!

We had the most delightful stay at Pippi’s Place! It is in the perfect walkable location in Ocean Beach, decorated so beautifully, and really everything you need is provided for a wonderful beach adventure.Katrina is an excellent host who goes above and beyond for her guests. We are so lucky to have had this time at her retreat! We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.
