Picturesque Killyleagh is best known for its 12th century castle, which appears like a Loire-style chateau and is just 35 minutes drive from Belfast. The apartment is close to Delamont Country Park, The National Trust's Rowalane Gardens, and Castle Ward, where Game of Throne tours are very popular with the location of the Winterfell Castle.
Nearby is Castle Espie, a wetland centre with a wide variety of indigenous wildlife, while a short drive will bring you to the scenic seaside resort of Newcastle, known for its superb golf course and hiking in the Mourne Mountains. Added to these, Murlough National Nature Reserve and St Patricks Visitor Centre in Downpatrick are a must.
The apartment is within easy walking distance of great local restaurants and is close to the popular wedding venues of Dufferin Arms, Finnebrogue Woods and the beautiful Tullyverry House.
Another popular trip is to the North Coast, through Carrickfergus, Carnlough and ending up at The Giants Causeway.

Top place -
Really liked the bathroom, it was lovely. Even for someone like me who is 6'7 there was enough space, and the shower is so powerful, loved it.
The hallway was a bit low mind you, but there were signs to mind my head :-) Overal very spacious, and clean, and good facilities. Host is very helpful and friendly also.
