Beautiful modern apartment, the perfect happy island for those who dream of a relaxing holiday.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and an equipped outdoor space. It can host up to 6 guests: one bedroom with a double bed, one with 2 single beds, plus a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The residence offers spaces designed for leisure and relaxation: children’s play area, communal garden and barbecue, shared swimming pool, shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Private parking space available. Pets are not allowed.
We are in Imperia, in the heart of the Riviera dei Fiori, about 4 km from the Borgo del Parasio and the town centre, and just a few minutes from the wide sandy beaches perfect for families. For bike and E-bike lovers, there is a charging point for electric cars, bikes and scooters inside the private parking area, available with a small extra fee.
Perfect for families, couples or friends who want privacy, comfort and the chance to experience Liguria between sea, sport and nature.

Super Appartment mit allem was man braucht. Netter Pool mit Aussicht, nur der Parkplatz war mit unserem tief liegenden Auto eine Herausforderung. Die Leute von der Agentur sind super nett und produzieren eigenes, sehr leckeres Olivenöl. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 min in Porto Maurizio, in 15 in Oneglia. Wer keine Lust auf Parkplatzsuche hat (es ist in der Hochsaison schon sehr voll), kann den Bus nehmen - Haltestelle ist 3 min entfernt. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Sehr saubere und ordentliche Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Parkplatz und netten Aussenbereich. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist steil und eng aber machbar.
Zum Strand Borgo Marina in Imperia sind es mit dem Auto 10-15 Minuten Fahrt. Der Sandstrand ist schön mit einem schönen Ausblick auf die Altstadt von Imperia.
Tipp an den Vermieter: Es könnten mehr Regale oder Sideboards zur Ablage im Wohnbereich stehen. Ebenso im Bad ein Regal zur Ablage und etwas mehr Handtuchhalter.
