The property was beautiful and clean. We greatly enjoyed our stay and were mostly pleased. The only downside was the fact that there was no A/C in the bedroom. There was a fan, but it didn't really keep the room cool enough and we had to sleep on the couch under a very noisy old AC unit.

Had a very nice stay, convenient to Encinitas and Carlsbad beaches and shops, cafes, great pool (they could use an update on pool furniture, but loved the private pool area. Great parking spot right outside the door and could even see the car from balcony! Had a great time hosting a guest from England who walked away from a great experience and memories! Thx for making our experience and stay perfect!

Clean condo and good communication with the host. Condo interior Circa 1970 with no updates, as is the kitchen. Parking is on the street vs in the underground garage. No washer and dryer in the unit, which was problematic for a long stay with the building washers broken for at least two weeks or more! Mattress needs to be replaced, memory foam worn out. Okay for short stays.

Convenient and close to everything

The unit was clean, easy to access, and most importantly for me, very close to my sister’s house! The reserved Parking definitely made it easy and it was lots of fun being at the La Costa resort.
