The condo was small, but ok for my use as I was not there during the day much. If you are at all sensitive to ambient light, take an eye mask. This place and surrounding condos are bright all night. Also you might want to bring ear plugs. While the sound of the ocean is lovely, the train is very close and makes multiple runs early AM and into the night. The location is on a busy street as well. Wonderful that it is only a short walk to the ocean and there are several places to eat close by at the end of Pine. No A/C and it was very hot while I was there.

The weather was hotter than normal so the lack of ac was noticeable. If we had effective ceiling fans it would have been better. But overall an excellent experience

As always we really enjoy staying at Seaside Village. It was a warm week, so the pool was cool and refreshing plus really appreciated a/c unit in bedroom as upper units can get hot.

Great Place

The location is amazing with the ocean a block away and tons of restaurants within walking distance. The condo had everything that you needed and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Location Location Location

If you're going to Carlsbad for the beach, this place is the best place to stay! Nice big comfortable bed, great layout, good kitchen (we even baked cookies). In mid-August the place gets hot so we used the plug in air-conditioner which helped a bit.
