The living-dining room is very well lit thanks to the 5 large windows on the upper floor and overlooking trees and the Luxembourg Gardens on the right.

The two bathrooms are equipped with showers.

Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the main characteristics of this property are: bright, spacious, quiet, all close to the Jardin du Luxembourg.

The living room with its dining room and the 5 windows overlooking rue Bonaparte is exceptional.
The brightness is remarkable, especially as we can see trees and the Luxembourg Gardens on the right. Like the vast majority of apartments, this is the owner's main residence, so the decoration is neat and of high quality.

The kitchen is located next to the living room, it is fully equipped with a dishwasher, plate warmer, traditional oven, steam oven and everything you need for cooking.

The master bedroom has a European kink size bed (American queen size) and an accessible wardrobe.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds or a double bed with its own bathroom.
The third bedroom has a 120 cm single bed.

The second bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower. It is in this room that you will find the laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer.

Lovely apartment in great neighborhod
A great place to stay on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. The apartment very much has a lived-in feel and is full of the resident's things, but is clean and homey. Be sure to note there is only one toilet in this apartment (but two showers). We would stay here again.
