About this property

Contemporary style villa located in the exclusive area of Cala Estancia (belonging to Ca'n Pastilla), just 500m from the beach.

The beach Cala Estancia, awarded with Blue Flag, has an extension of 220m by 37m wide, composed mainly of white sand and calm waters. It has regular services such as bus, urban parking, rental of umbrellas and hammocks, water sports and even is suitable for diving.

The house of new construction is distributed on three floors. The ground floor consists of a large and cozy open living room, where you can comfortably enjoy from the sofa a wide selection of TV channels (Astra satellite), DVD player, Freeview and WIFI connection.
The dining area, with an extendable table, is located between the living room and the kitchen, with exceptional natural lighting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: American fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob and a modern smoke extractor. It consists of a central island, where you can enjoy a nice breakfast or snack.
It also has a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer and iron.

On this same floor we find a room with a single bed and a bathroom with shower.

The first floor has 3 double bedrooms. One of them with double bed and full bathroom en suite, equipped with a beautiful hydromassage bath. The other two rooms are composed of 2 single beds each, and share a bathroom with bath, located in the corridor.

On the upper floor there is the last room, with two single beds and the possibility of adding 2 extra beds.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and protected from external noise, thanks to the double glazing of all the windows.

The large balconies (safe for children) offer the possibility to relax or sunbathe.

On the terrace, protected from the sun, you can enjoy the barbecue and magnificent lunches and dinners overlooking the private pool, as well as a ping pong table and darts game.
The villa has a garden and a large area where you can relax and sunbathe around the pool.

Near the villa you can enjoy different activities and attractions such as: golf course, horse riding center, Palma Aquarium (one of the largest in Europe), many cycle routes, natural and quiet beaches, wellness SPA to relax, club Beach and restaurants only a few minutes away.

Toilettenpapier war zu wenig - gerade eine Rolle pro Bad. Küchenrolle, Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker müssten auch vorhanden sein.

Tutto perfetto

La casa è spettacolare e nell'insieme è veramente moderna e all'avanguardia. Il Wi-Fi non andava tanto bene, ma il giusto per utilizzare le app di messaggistica. La pulizia della casa era ottima anche se devo dire che la piscina non era nelle migliori condizioni. Sicuramente è una casa che visto l'uso continuo è da farci manutenzione continua, ad esempio il pavimento in legno adiacente la piscina e l'illuminazione esterna. La jacuzzi è spettacolare e l'arredamento della casa anch'esso moderno e curato. I balconi sono ampi con vista sul mare. La posizione della casa è ottimale poichè vicino alla fermata del bus e con il centro commerciale a due passi, inoltre si trova a metà strada tra Palma e St. Arenal quindi ottimo per i ragazzi. Il quartiere è tranquillo ed è adiacente all'aeroporto (causa di rumori ad ogni ora). In 11 persone abbiamo trascorso una magnifica vacanza e la casa è stata comoda per tutti. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, der Vermieter sehr bemüht, jedoch konnte er leider fast nur spanisch weshalb die Kommunikation ein bisschen schwierig war

Modern villa with a couple of snags

Large modern villa with a couple of snags that if they put right would be a great place Located 2 minutes away from the promenade with you can walk for miles. We rented bikes and cycled in to central Palma 8 miles. There is a beach In Walking distance 10/15 mins. 2 parks within 3-5 min walk. 10 mins walk to bustling restaurant area and small supermarket. 10 min walk to a large shopping centre with high street shops We were left without water for 6 hours which meant we couldn’t flush the toilet have showers and wash our hands which ruined our day and not very hygienic . The electricity went a couple of times we were there luckily we had an electrician with us and knew why hot water and dishwasher suddenly stopped working Says it sleeps 10 but not enough chairs inside or outside to all eat together Internet is quite poor. Unfortunately for us the weather was bad so we were streaming films which internet dropped out regularly for periods of times No dish cloth to wipe down side or broom to sweep up crumbs Only had 8 pillows for 10 people No soap in 2/3 bathrooms Wasn’t shown how to use heating and couldn’t find control for first / days All small niggly things but adds up and puts a downer on the week Plus side we received a massive bowl of fruit on arrivals which kept the kids happy
