Penlon Cottage - Family Holidays Only.
Converted former farm out-buildings are the basis of this detached cottage, situated about a mile from the fishing / quarry village of Trefor, with its Shop, Post Office, Pub and Beach.
This cottage enjoys extensive views to the Rivals Mountains.
This property sleeps 6 + Cot - Family Holidays only.
All bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobes, chests and bedside table/lamp
Utility with Washing machine, tumble dryer and table top freezer
Cloakroom with Toilet and Washbasin
Kitchen diner with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery
Bathroom with Corner bath, shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.
Shower chair available in Cottage.
Bed Linen and Towels included in price
Cot and High Chair. Hair Dryer
Please let me know in advance if you require Cot / Highchair.
Cottage is all on one level.

All breakages must be replaced or paid for.
