Gute gelegenes Appartment, aber nichts für lärmempfindliche Gemüter
Das Appartment entspricht den Fotos. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist eher spartanisch und nicht so hochwertig, wie der Eindruck der Bilder vermittelt. Auf unsere Beanstandungen hat die Agentur umgehend reagiert und - soweit möglich - Abhilfe geschaffen.
Die zentrale Lage in einer sehr belebten Umgebung hat viele Vorteile (etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe, viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und Bars, Metro direkt vor dem Haus). Das Appartment liegt im 1. Stock und alle Fenster gehen zur viel befahrenen Corso Buenos Aires oder zur Piazza Argentina mit der dort gelegenen Metro-Station Loreto raus.
Der Straßenlärm dringt stets deutlich in die Wohnung hinein. Die zwei Metrolinien, die sich dort kreuzen, lösen auch in der Wohnung noch merkliche Vibrationen aus.
Leider wird der Lärm in der Beschreibung des Appartments nicht erwähnt.
Uns war es eindeutig zu laut, wir sind vorzeitig abgereist, da wir nicht ruhig schlafen konnten. Daher können wir der Wohnung nur 3 Sterne geben.
