Beautiful villa 300 meters from the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia, a spectacular white sand beach.
I highlight its location, close to all services, restaurants, bus, taxi, supermarkets, etc.
Capacity for 5 guests. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and one single, all with air conditioning.
Access from one of the bedrooms to the sun terrace with panoramic views of the lake. 1 full bathroom.
On the ground floor there is the equipped and furnished kitchen, which is open to the living room with air conditioning and
1 small bathroom with shower. Comfortable porch furnished with a Balinese bed.
An outdoor parking space.
** Ecotax, tourist tax shall be paid on the day of arrival.
** Final cleaning € 100, shall be paid on the day of arrival.
