Hosting four bedrooms including a super-king-size, a king-size four poster, a king-size and a twin with an en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, a utility, a kitchenette, a dining room, a sitting room with a wood-burning stove and a study. Outside, there is ample off-road parking, a wrap-around veranda and a large lawn garden with a a pond, furniture and woodland walking paths. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.4 miles. A travel cot and highchair can be requested. PLEASE NOTE:. There is a river is running through the grounds - children are welcome but should be supervised at all times. There is a small flat and studio at the rear of the property in a separate Annexe with its own access. It is occasionally used by various family members. They have their own private parking and do not use the garden which is solely for Sykes guests and remains totally private for you
