Good for the price

This location is nothing fancy. But it is a good value for your money. 2-5 min walk to the main areas where the Porto wineries are. Really loved that about this property.

It was good

The place was nice. Check in was tough as they didn’t answer when we were trying to find the place. We didn’t have someone show us how to use everything and had to ask later. Communication was delayed as well at times. Location was great though to walk around. Driving in the neighborhood and parking is challenging. Word of caution, typical places are charging 2 euros per night per person for the city tax. Instead of 50euros, we had to pay 62euros. They charged more but it was not listed anywhere on the site or information which felt uncomfortable.

L'intérieur n'était pas propre. Mon gendre a relavé toute la vaisselle avant de l'utiliser. Très difficile de trouver une place pour garer le véhicule dans la rue. Ma fille et ses 2 enfants ont attrapé des petites bêtes dans les cheveux (peut-être sur la banquette) Bien sûr nous n'y reviendrons pas alors que nous adorons la ville de Nova de Gaia.

Bezoek porto

We hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad hier. De locatie was veel beter dan ik had verwacht. We zaten echt in het centrum. 5 minuten lopen en je bent aan de bekende brug. Mooie zonsondergang daar meegemaakt. Heel proper en goed ingericht appartement. Goede airco. Enkel de zolderslaapkamer was vrij warm. Enig minpunt is de faciliteiten om kleding te wassen. Deur van wasmachine is kapot( moesten we openwringen met een vork) en het wasrekje hing half uiteen.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Porto

Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Porto et il y a des restaurants ( sur les quais) et supermarché ( près du jardin des maures) à proximité. La station de métro n’est pas loin non plus.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter Porto. Parfois difficile de se garer dans la rue. Hôte tres a l'ecoute. Tres bien

Cerca de todo pero pero equipamiento algo antiguo, muy deteriorado y ruidos

No está en mal sitio, tranquilo, cerca de tiendas y trasporte público. El aparcamiento no es del todo malo por la noche, aunque de día es imposible. El equipamiento es algo antiguo y en algunos casos muy deteriorado, algunos colchones, que solucionamos dándoles la vuelta, y los sofás. Lo peor de la casa es que, el dueño, que vive en la casa de al lado, tiene perros encerrados continuamente, no salen NADA, con lo que los animales se desesperan, ladran mucho por el día (al menos por la noche no se les oye) y hacen sus necesidades en la terraza que queda debajo de los balcones de la casa, con lo que a menudo sube el olor. El frigorífico, aunque la parte de frío funciona bien, la parte de congelador no enfría casi, por lo que no congela. No compres comida congelada.
