Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Z-Bed (Child Only)

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . On road parking. No smoking.. Situated on the Isle of Cumbrae this ground floor apartment is situated only a short stroll from the beach with tropical palms fronting the promenade and yachts moored out in the sheltered bay. From here you can explore the charm of a seaside town with cafés, shops, bars and bistro. A haven for wildlife, Cumbrae attracts migrant birds from around the world and the flora of the island is equally varied with a visit to the island’s Marine Research Station with museum and aquarium a must. Millport is also the home of Europe’s smallest cathedral and Britain’s narrowest house. An ideal location for cycling, walking and golf and the National Water sports Centre offers courses to suit all aspect of water-based activities. The main Newton Bay offers sheltered anchorages and secure moorings. The national waters ports centre is no longer on the island.

Millport hideaway

Lovely small flat, just round corner from Kames Bay. Very bright & spotlessly clean, comfy sofa in living room, great heaters here & bedroom. Comfiest bed ever !!!

Beautiful island, very compact apartment, hence the name, a bit awkward for someone who has mobility issues. Very small bathroom area which was slightly difficult to use. Otherwise ideal for a short stay, very clean and only a five minute drive from the ferry port. Beautiful food at the local hotel, would recommend. Good value too, we stayed three nights. A car is essential!
