Near Centre, RAI, ZuidAS, a Family Home Also Suited For Business Travel

This is a wonderfully located family home that is also suited for business travellers as it is conveniently located naar the RAI and the Zuid-As/WTC and close to Schiphol Airport and the city Centre.

The wonderful artisan area De Pijp can be reached by foot and you are also close to the Museumsquare and the city center is 6 minutes with metro 52 that is located at a 300 meters walk from the apartment.

The house has two bedrooms and is suited for a family as it has one bedroom that is perfect for kids.

A wonderful 90m2 townhome with elevator. Comfortable and practical with lovely decorative details. Great modern kitchen. Spacious living with a very comfortable couch and a big dining table. There is central heating in the entire apartment. The living has an extra wood stove to make it cozier on cold or rainy days.

This lovely home is ideally located, very near to train station Rai (direct 10 minute connection to Schiphol Airport 5 times an hour) in a high-end neighborhood in the South part of Amsterdam. You will find a variety of lovely shops here, as well as great restaurants and quite a few supermarkets. All right around the corner. And so is the lovely Beatrixpark. In the summer they have a great swim basin for the little ones that is located on the playground that all the neighborhood children love.

Public transport can be accessed right in front of the apartment building. Tram 4 will take you to the city centre in 15 minutes. And metro 52 will do the same in 6 minutes. The Museumsquare can be reached by foot in 15 minutes or by tram 12. If you are an experienced biker, you can of course also rent a bike and discover the city on two wheels.

Perfect place where to stay when yoy attend to the Rai.

The apartment was very close to Rai, from the first to the last day the apartment manager was kind and attentive to anything we needed !!

Good location but a disappointment

The good: Great Location, Comfortable Master Bed, Good hot water in the shower. Elevator to bring your luggage upstairs. The bad: The proper has a lot of potential, but is a work in progress. The kitchen is new, but that’s about all that’s been updated. And I didn’t consider it clean enough to cook in. The dishes/mugs etc. were a mismatched jumble. The furniture and lamps are very low end. Most overhead bulbs were not working and the dining room fixture was improperly installed and hanging by a cord. The owners’ possessions occupied almost all the closet and drawer space. The one empty drawer had a handle held on by a paper clip. With fees and insurance added on, this property cost 500 a night. I could have stayed in a high end hotel for that. When the washing machine stopped working I’d had enough and we left early. I was terribly disappointed.

Very nice location near airport and public transport

We enjoyed staying in this house located in a quiet area with some nice cafés and local shops nearby. The airport is within 15 minutes by car and tram and underground stations for city center are in walking distance. The apartment is big and offered all the needed facilities for our three-day stay. Welcoming and handover of keys worked out nicely. We recommend this house for your visit! Many thanks

Perfect place for a small family to stay in Amsterdam

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The apartment was clean and in an excellent location, very close to RAI where we attended a conference, in a lovely and quiet neiborhood and just 10-15 min away from all the attractions in Tram or subway. There were also nice restaurants around. Barbara was very helpful and kind and she made sure we were comfortable. This was one of our best family vacations.

What makes this property unique

Located in a high end neighborhood that is friendly and quiet, where you have many great stores, restaurants and bars very nearby and is actually very close to all the cities highlights, where the new metro line 52 will take you in a matter of minutes. Anne Frank used to live in this neighborhood before she went into hiding with her family at what is now the Anne Frank House. The school she attended is a 300 meter walk from here and has her handwriting on the facade.
