Beachcliff in Southbourne is a superb three-bedroom, second floor apartment with stunning panoramic sea views and two balconies. Southbourne beach can be accessed via the Fishermans Walk zig-zag path (and lift - a 2 min walk) opposite the property. Southbourne Town centre is a short (5/10 min) stroll where there is a great choice of restaurants and bars. Walking either way along the Promenade you can easily reach Boscombe Pier (30/40 mins) or Hengistbury Head (50/60 mins). Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole, the New Forest and Jurassic coast are all only a short drive away making this a fabulous holiday destination.

An impressive three-bedroom apartment on the seafront within a 2020 purpose-built block of six. Bright hallway entrance leading to open plan living / dining and kitchen areas. The living area has comfortable seating for 6 and a smart TV access through the sliding doors to the lounge balcony with stunning sea views and seats. Fully fitted, well-equipped contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar island and granite surface. Kitchen appliances include oven (one fan-assisted), feature 5 ring induction hob and extractor-hood, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Dining area with glass table for 6 and a separate utility cupboard including washer / dryer machine. Master bedroom (with 5ft king-size bed) benefits from fantastic corner sea view aspect with access to a second balcony (with bench), fitted wardrobes, ensuite with walk-in shower (rain-bar plus handheld shower), sink and toilet. Front bedroom (with king-size bed) also benefits from a corner sea view aspect and access to the second balcony. Back bedroom (at the rear of the apartment) has built in wardrobe (with zip and link 5ft king-size bed or 2x 2ft 6ins single beds) and smart TV. Family bathroom with bath, shower plus handheld shower, sink and toilet.

Parking - There is one allocated space within the development's private parking area to the rear of the block. Additional unrestricted on street parking for further cars.

Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central heating. Hairdryers.

Technology - 55-inch Smart flatscreen television with Virgin basic TV package and 43 inch Smart flatscreen television with Freeview. Bluetooth / WIFI speaker. WIFI.

Kitchen - Double oven - main one fan-assisted, feature 5 ring induction hob and extractor-hood, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. Washer / dryer machine in the utility cupboard.

Restrictions - No smoking. No candles, no hanging of clothes/towels on balcony(s). Pets not permitted.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
