very unsafe location

When we arrived at the apartment, it was in an extremely unsafe are. There were people doing hard drugs in the immediate vicinity, and people even came up to us to try sell us drugs and various other things. It was an extremely sketchy neighbourhood and we felt extremely unsafe. It was to the point where we did not feel comfortable walking through the crowd of sketchy people and left immediately to check into a hotel instead. The nature of the neighbourhood was NOT mentioned in the listing. Had we known we never would have booked this. Furthermore, we incurred much more wasted time and expense due to use having to find a book a hotel at last second. The property manager was willing to hear out our problem, but ultimately was very unhelpful and did not refund us, even partially. Despite even the added costs and wasted time and misleading listing.

City chic

The unit was super clean and very chic. The beds were really comfortable. It’s a second floor walk up but you have to be in shape to walk the Lisbon streets anyway. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. A bit noisy with construction nearby. Otherwise, the location is great. Check-in was stressful as we received an email two hours prior stating our info was incomplete and our stay would be cancelled without a refund. Four days earlier, their website said all our check-in info was complete. Fortunately, the host was available to correct the situation in time. Overall, the suite was excellent.

Piacevole permanenza

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo riscontrato qualche problema con il numero di asciugamani in quanto eravamo 5 ospiti e ce ne sono stati consegnati solamente due. Nonostante avessimo specificato che desideravamo avere 5 asciugamani. Tuttavia il problema è stato risolto in giornata dall'host che è stato molto disponibile. Complessivamente una piacevole permanenza. Anche se l'appartamento che abbiamo ricevuto era un po' stretto per 5 persone.
