Beautiful newly refurbished 3/4 bedroom cottage in the very heart of the New Forest National Park in the wonderful Village of Sway. (Kids lounge can be used as 4th bedroom)


Walking distance to pubs, coffee shop, sway train station, butchers, children's playground, walking distance to open forest next door to Co-op Supermarket and pharmacy.

The house has fast wifi, 3 bedrooms (two with ensuite) and two lounges, one for adults and one for kids with toys etc. The kids lounge has sofa bed so can be used as an additional bedroom.

Garden is grassed with patio/ seating area/ BBQ area.

Parking for 2 cars only.

Can offer at additional cost in house chef/ spa treatments/ daily housekeeping/ paddleboard hire/ garden toy hire/ beach equipment hire & babysitting services.

What a fabulous home to celebrate a wonderful birthday weekend.Everything was spotlessly clean. The hosts were warm and welcoming with great communication. Great location too. We had the best time and thank you so much for the treats too.

Great Location in Sway

We were in the area to visit family. The location was great with easy access to the few shops in Sway. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed.

Perfectly located next to a small grocery store and close to friends in Sway. The house is recently renovated, very clean and the beds are comfortable with good pillows. We would stay again.
