The location:
The house built on a hill facing the sea, surrounded by a private Mediterranean scrub forest. Very pleasant, quiet place, in close contact with nature and the sea. Ideal for those who love tranquility and sunsets over the sea. From the house it is possible to go on foot for pleasant swims in the sea. There are paths along the coast and in the countryside for those who want to walk. A sandy beach is 5km away, Alghero is 3km away. Near the house there is another house. Each house has a private outdoor area.

Private areas:
The outdoor space available is ideal for eating outside, watching the sea and sunsets. Inside the space consists of a single room. characterized by a relaxation area with sofa and TV, a table for four people, a kitchen and a sleeping area with a French bed which leads to the bathroom.

Ruhige Unterkunft & herrlicher Blick auf Meer und Sonne

Eine sehr besondere Unterkunft, die zwar ruhig gelegen ist, aber nur 3km von Alghero entfernt liegt. Man kommt über eine schöne Küstenstraße in die Stadt und entsprechend nach Hause. Unser Gastgeber Davide hat uns absolut gute Tipps für die Umgebung, die Stadt und die Strände in der Region gegeben. Jeden Tag waren wir an einem anderen schönen Strand. Vielen Dank, Davide!!! Und auch die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Nur ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: ich würde die beiden Häuser auf dem Grundstück getrennt bewerben, so dass keine Missverständnisse bei der Buchung entstehen. Aber das soll den positiven Gesamteindruck in keinster Weise trüben. Es war eine herrliche Woche bei Alghero. Alles Gute für Dich, Davide, und Deine Familie ;-)

Schönes Apartment mit Ausblick aufs Meer

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt. Kleine Terasse mit Tisch/Stühlen und Ausblick aufs Meer vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, kam persönlich zum Check in und Check out vorbei. Außerdem gibt er gerne Tipps für Aktivitäten/Restaurants/Strände usw. und ist permanent erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert, jedoch ist ein Mietwagen erforderlich! In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt von Alghero.

Herrliches Hide-Away mit Nähe zu Alghero

Davides Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben! Wir haben die Abgeschiedenheit und gleichzeitig die Nähe zu Alghero geliebt. Davide zeigte sich als sehr engagierter und bemühter Gastgeber. Beim Check-in nahm er sich viel Zeit, uns persönlich zu empfangen und gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Essensempfehlungen (Grotta Nettuno, Alghero Altstadt, Playa Lazaretto und Bombarde, Nuraghe Palmavera, Agritourismo Sa Mandra, Restaurant Marsalia... )! Auch sonst war er oder seine Eltern immer für uns erreichbar. Das Haus ist einfach, aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine! Nur an die sehr steile Zufahrt muss man sich ein bisschen gewöhnen :) Der Aufenthalt bei Davide war sicher eines der Highlights unseres Sardinienurlaubs!

Haus1-Traumhafter Meerblick v. Haus am Hang zwischen Kiefern. Kompromiss-sehr abgewohntes Mobilar

Exklusive, romantische, sehr ruhige Hanglage beider Häuser mit sehr schönem Meerblick. Felsige Küste ( baden bedingt möglich) in ca. 250 m v. Haus. Haus in rel. steiler Hanglage. Da keine Hangabsicherung am Haus, für kleinere Kinder absolut ungeeignet. Haus 1 Aussen- sowie Innenmobilar freut sich auf baldigste Ablösung. Sanitärkeramik, Armaturen und Spüle hätten sicher nichts gegen eine Entkalkungskur. Sauberkeit war gut, wenn man Rundeckenreinigung akzeptiert. Haus 2: In den Fels getriebenes Studio mit kleinem Doppelbett und über Leiter erreichbares Bett auf einer hohen Zwischendecke. Innenmobilar jüngeren Alters, alles andere leider wie Haus 1. im Gegensatz zur schönen Terrasse von Haus 1 muss hier die Schotterauffahrt zum Haus als (dafür grössere) Terrasse herhalten. Fazit: Traumhaft gelegenes Feriendomzil für Kompromissbereite Urlauber mit nicht zu jungen Kindern, wenn möglich im Haus 1 (und Haus 2 nicht vermietet ist)

Supernice!

We have spent two weeks in this very nice located studio. I can say we had a magnificent time there. The house is in a calme, nature setting on the slope of the mountain, surrounded by trees, bushes and garden. We enjoyed so much personal and quiet space and could not stop looking over the beautiful sea from early morning until late evening. The terrace around the house offers a choice were to stay in sun or shadow. It is close to go down to the sea if you don't mind climbing a bit, but easy accessible beaches are very nearby going by car We stayed in the house 2 and it is nice and practical for a couple, good bed and bathroom and besides that we actually lived outside for those two weeks. The kitchen is with simple kitchen supplies, but ok to prepare an easy dinner, basically everything you need. For us, wine lovers, some extra, basic wine glasses, will be a good improvement. Davide was very kind, helpfull with all our questions and with ongoing suggestions for interesting places to visit or reccomandations for good restaurants and food. Alghero is a lively little town with lots of opportunities, a nice historical center and big choice of very nice reataurants The beaches are absolutely great in and near Alghero but also on the way to Bosa. We had a super time and love to come back in the future.

Appartamento semplicemente fantastico

La casa è a 5 minuti di macchina da Alghero e per arrivare si percorre una bellissima strada che costeggia il mare. L'appartamento ha una spettacolare vista sul mare ed è situato in una tranquilla via ad uso pressoché privato. L'appartamento è pulito e dotato di tutto, all'esterno vi è una postazione con vista mare dove poter mangiare. La mia valutazione è assolutamente positiva e lo consigliere tranquillamente a chiunque. Il proprietario è molto disponibile ed i consigli che ci ha fornito su spiagge e ristoranti sono stati tutti azzeccati. Unico consiglio sul l'appartamento: mettere delle tende alle vetrate del soggiorno in modo tale da poter avere un po' di privacy.

Perfect holidays

It is the second time I spent my holidays in this beautiful place and house: and I can confirm that I will continue to go there!!! You can wake up in the morning and watch the nice colors of the sea in an green area; so quite and this very closed from Alghero where you can go to the fish market to buy and to cook the fresh fish at home!!. The owners are very kind persons and the services offered a perfect ...Do not change anything!!!!!! Jacques

Toll!

Wir waren im August für eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Es war sehr sauber und es war alles Nötige vorhanden. Der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft und die Lage war (soweit man einen Mietwagen hat) perfekt. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und haben uns bei unserer Ankunft herzlich Willkommen geheißen und uns einige nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A éviter sauf pour le budget.

Si vous recherchez une location sentant l'humidité avec lit et canapés défoncés, propreté toute relative et nettoyage sommaire ...alors vous avez trouvé. De plus l'espace devant votre location sert à la manoeuvre des voitures (la votre et celle de l'occupant de la maison voisine à 5 mètres) Nous sommes dans un bel endroit mais on se touche...Vous trouverez un salon de jardin perdu et sans lien avec la location comme un transat perché sur un rocher au dessus!!. L'accès à la mer existe mais vous amène sur des rochers dangereux. Vous l'avez compris, nous n'avons pas aimé cette location sauf pour la souplesse du calendrier. A éviter

Delightful place and house

The house is just as you can see in the photos. It´s easy to find (just 3 kms from Alguero city, so car is recommendable), surrounded with nature and the sea in front of you. By night is amazing. If you wanna go to the beach by walk there is also a place quite close with no many people. The hosts are really kind and, to sum up, me and my couple have enjoyed a really good time. We´ll come back.

Très agréable séjour d'une semaine dans cette petite maison (auprès de 2 autres)qui bénéficie d'une vue splendide sur la mer. Plages de sable à 5 km, la ville très accessible à 3km. Séjour très très calme. Davide se montre très disponible pour toutes informations. A conseiller!
