Très bien localisé

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans ce petit appartement bien équipé et surtout bien localisé. L’endroit est très propre et bien sécurisé.

The worst thing about the appartment is the communication with property manager

From the second we walked in we were disappointed by how tiny and dirty the apartment was. but the worst things about it were that we had a repeating problem with the hot water supply (it would run out after 3 minutes of a shower) and terrible internet connection (which didn't enable us to work). Putting all these aside, what bothered us the most is the following story. we were planning on a very long stay, we booked the place for 4 weeks and planned to extend if it's a nice place. a week before arrival we remembered we didn't ask if there was a washing machine (our bad), when we asked Francessca she said there isn't one but we will find a solution. we felt reassured and were happy to hear that. upon the day of arrival, she noticed us that she will take an additional 50 euros a week from us in order to wash the sheets and towels since it is a long stay! that is an additional 200 euros for the whole stay. when we refused she said we cannot take the laundry anywhere else. we ended up buying new sheets and towels. the communication with her was just terrible. she actually accused us of lying about not having hot water and our baby had to take cold showers. it was absolutely crazy. once vrbo got involved they told her she cannot charge additional cleaning fees but she was still not willing to let us wash everything elsewhere. DO NOT BOOK !!

Am Rande vom Hafen Palermo

Ich bin mit einem Kumpel verreist und wir brauchen zwei separate Betten, er bekam eine Schlafcouch und diese ist für 5tage einfach zu ungemütlich.als Pärchen wäre die Wohnung perfekt. Das Schlafzimmer ist super dunkel und vom Straßenlärm bekommt MAN wenig mit. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos auch als wir Stromausfall hatten, wusste der Vermieter sofort per WhatsApp was zu tun ist. Anscheind kein Einzelfall, denn wir hatten es 3 mal an 5tagen. Bäcker ist um de Ecke. Ansonsten ist die Ferienwohnung top ausgestattet, ausser Fön und Toaster, Bügeleisen das fehlte aber ausser dem Toaster wäre es mir nicht aufgefallen. Meine Begleitung Fönt sich die Haare und bügelt seine Hemden, daher möchte ich es nur bemerken. Die Wohnung und die Lage sind auf alle Fälle für Pärchen und Singles zu empfehlen. Wir haben drei Ferienwohnungen in 10 tagen gehabt und diese war am besten, daher gerne wieder! Der Kontakt ist gut und der Vermieter sehr geduldig und hilfsbereit! Lasst euch nicht von der Gegend ablenken die Wohnung entschädigt! 🤗
