And if that is not enough, you are just a stone’s throw away from the amazing food market of Sant Antoni! If you need any recommendation, we are more than happy to help you.
The apartment has been furnished with great care in order to suit your needs for a short stay in the city. It has been designed and thought for active and independent travelers. As a young and vibrant company we are looking to extend our traveller‘s community and share experiences with people from around the world. We will be more than happy to share our do’s and don'ts in Barcelona and its surroundings to ensure you make the most out of your stay, and invite you to experience the local life and culture from our sight!
Practical details: 1 Living room with a sofa bed, tv and dining table. Has a small balcony facing the street. The sofa bed is recommended just for 1 person. 1 Open kitchen, equipped with all its necessary tools, such as: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. 1 Bedroom with a queen size bed 1 Bathroom with a shower and toilet Washing Machine & Dryer Air Conditioning & Heating (Hot & Cold air converter) Wi-Fi.
Location: It is located in the Raval Neighborhood, right next to the Sant Antoni Traditional Market. It is surrounded by many trendy bars and restaurants, which you can all reach in less than 10 minutes walking. This area is known for its livelihood and cool bars.
Transportation: We highly recommend moving around walking and using public transportation, as downtown isn't the best place to park a car. If you rent a scooter, though, you will manage just perfectly! If you do decide to come by car, you can find a parking down the Sant Antoni Market.
Nearest Metro station: Sant Antoni, 220 meters away Barcelona airport: Barcelona's airport is located 16.5 kilometers away, about 25 minutes from the flat by car. Use the AeroBus for best convenience. Nearest Beach: Barcelona's Beach is located at 3.5 kilometers from the building Nearest Ferry: Barcelona's Port at 3 Kilometers. If you wish to sleep separately, please inform us in advance or when making your reservation. Depending on the variation, an additional charge may apply (€15/set).
There is a mandatory tourist tax of €2,48 per person/night and a municipal surcharge of €4.40 per person/night, payable upon arrival as it is not included in the rate. This must be paid directly to the rental agency.
Smoking, group dinners, parties, and noise after 9 pm are strictly prohibited. Police fines range from €200 to €600 and are payable immediately.
Persons under 25 years of age are not permitted on the property unless accompanied by their guardians.
A €200 damage deposit (credit card authorization) is required upon arrival. For stays shorter than 7 days, this is automatically released up to 7 days after your departure (if the apartment is left in good condition). This does not apply to bookings made through Airbnb.
This is an in-person check-in, you will coordinate with an agent to enter the property. Check in time is from 15h to 20h.
When checking in later, note that there is a late check-in fee of €30 for check-ins between 8pm and 11.59pm, and €50 for later check-ins. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the check-in agent. Otherwise, VAT must be added to it.
A few days before your arrival, you will receive a PreCheck-in Form that requires you to fill out your passport, contact and arrival details. It is essential that you indicate the estimated time of your arrival in here.
ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL: to make sure that we are able to meet you on time at the apartment, it is necessary that you call us at least 30-40 minutes before arriving to the apartment on the check-in agent's phone number indicated in the Guest Portal (using the link of the PreCheck-in Form). If you do not call us on time, you might need to wait for the check-in agent. Take the advantage to ask any questions upon arrival to ensure a good stay :)

This flat was as advertised and very clean. The process was easy and the communication from EasyFlat was great. I would happily choose a property through them again.
My sister and I stayed in this flat. The location was great - walking distance to most things and a metro stop nearby for things further out. It was a little noisy with crying babies in the building at night and we (two young women) were not fully at ease walking in this neighborhood at night.
The property is very clean & well maintained. Host quite easy to communicate with. The problem is that in this old building, sound travels and the neighborhood is active late at night.

The apartment is located in the limits of the Raval neighbourhood (old part of the city), 100 mts away from Sant Antoni Metro Station, and 5 minutes walk from Poble Sec Metro Station.
The location was good, however we were not informed that the building was under construction. There was very loud construction starting in the morning and carrying on all day. I assume this is temporary and without this the place would be 5 stars. No fault to the flat, fault to the manager.

Extremely small space and loud dirty neighborhood
The stay is not comfortable for two people at all. The neighborhood and neighbors were extremely loud and we could barely sleep through the night. The alley smelled like pee and felt unsafe. We were barely provided with anything besides the bare minimum (one towel each, one toilet paper, etc).

We both know this is a very unfair review.
Regarding the location, it is located at Carrer dels Salvador, right at the edge of Ciutat Vella, 150 mts from L2 metro and 5 minutes from L3 metro. Both lines connect you anywhere in the city. It is an apartment for people who wants to discover and explore the city. It is 10 minutes awayfrom Gothic and Born neighbourhoods.
As it is in the old part, like in any other European city, it can get a bit noisy at nights and during the weekends. We give recommendations in person while doing the check-in.
We provided you with coffee capsules for the first day, plus oil, salt, 3 towels per person (hands, face, body) and 2 rolls of toilet paper. As you arrived a bit earlier than expected the apartment wasn't ready yet, so our cleaning colleague get you the toilet rolls once you where inside.
The apartment has a coffee machine, toaster, washing machine (we include the soap), a double bed and a sofa bed. It is 40 square meters. A very good size of apartment and facilities taken in consideration the location.
We understand it may not be your kind of apartment or location, but we both know 1 star is not fair at all.

Très bon accueil. Les personnes qui s’occupent de cette location sont très réactives. Nous avons trouvé l’emplacement idéal à 10 minutes à pied des ramblas , près d’un grand marché et avec beaucoup de commerces autour. le quartier est cosmopolite animé , donc un peu bruyant en début de soirée. L’appartement était très propre et bien équipé.

Nous avons aimé notre séjour au Sant Anthoni, petit appartement, bien équipé et propre proche de tout. Dans un secteur central de Barcelone à un prix abordable.
The apartment itself is pretty good but there are other things to consider.
The place is listed on VRBO but local management group does not communicate well. You need to look for emails from 2 different sources that look like spam so it's easy to miss vital information. The check in process is unreliable which is disconcerting after a long trip. They don't use WhatsApp like the rest of the world and they ignore all communication through VRBO. No welcome information in the unit so everything is a guessing game.
They skimp on the basics: no coffee, no coffee filters, no sugar, no dish soap, no sponge, only one dishtowel, no bath soap, no shampoo. For $10 they could give you a better experience but instead you spend they first part of your trip looking for basic household items. They provide the crappiest coffee maker I have ever seen. Have fun mopping up the countertop every morning as it gurgles and randomly burps coffee that misses the pot. Stingy and annoying if only because it would be so easy for them to do better.
The bathroom is tiny. You can barely turn around in the shower stall or maneuver around in the tiny cubicle of a room. But the water pressure is good and the hot water is plentiful.
The neighborhood is marginal and you must walk through a sketchier zone to reach the Barrio Gotic, etc. However, the apartment is located near a very convenient Metro stop so you can ride underneath everything and avoid getting mugged.
The price seems good but, at least when I visited in November, it would have been cheaper to stay in a good hotel with a much better location.
The apartment is pretty cozy for up to 3 people, it’s small (just like most apartments in Barcelona are), but it’s surprisingly well equipped for all the necessities of an enjoyable stay, and it’s very clean which is was our big plus !
The neighborhood itself is creepy, keep your belongings close to you and your guards a little up and you should be fine. The location though is very good cause it’s 10 min walk from the main square of the city so very easy to access.

Pas dans le quartier de las Remblas justement qui est surfait. Tout peut se faire à pied. Métro à côté.
