Sleeping up to 10 ,finished to high standard's with many extra's including WI-FI, English TV, Safe box, Cots and High Chairs & much more ALL at NO extra charge. The Villa is secluded, private & has gardens over looking sun terraces & with its own Private swimming pool and childrens play area.. We also offer a Large outside kitchen/ lounge area including BBQ.

Interaction with guests: We will meet you at your Holiday Villa to show you round, explain all and hand over your keys. Arrivals are between 2pm - 9pm . After 9pm a Late arrival fee applies. Arrivals are NOT accepted at the property after 11pm. Departures are by 10am on day of departing. We are a Fully Legal Holiday Rental Home, therefore ID will be collected on your arrival for each guest staying and their details passed to the Authorities. We welcome you to ask any questions you may have about the Villa, Local Areas etc etc. We are always contactable if any problems arise during your holiday stay.

The Costa Blanca, protected by the mountain ranges enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate with year-round sunshine. Temperatures reaching 35 C, on a regular basis. The area boasts 320 days of sunshine each year. Even in winter the temperature rarely drops below 15C. We can also offer great rates for Long Term winter stay's between October and April every year from 1 - 7 months.
