Lovely Villa

We had a fab time at the villa (group of 5), great outside pool and bbq area where we spent nearly all our time. The hot tub was lush to watch the stars at night after a meal and drink on the terrace. check in and out was very easy, the kitchen was well equipped, air con worked well in the rooms (except 1 which didnt have a unit but it joined another room). and the place was very tidy. would defiantly stay again.

Easter Vacation in Almuñecar

We chose an awful week weatherwise, but we enjoyed staying in the property and Manuel was very helpful in solving some minor problems on the first few days. It was such a shame that the weather wasn't better as the pool area is really nice. Thank you again!

Big and beautiful villa.

Owner was waiting us when we got there and showed the villa for us. Very clean and amazing views to mountains, city and to the sea. Pool was large and warm. And hot tub was a nice bonus. You should have your own car here, helps a lot. Closest grocery shop is about 1,5km away. I can highly recommend this place.

Beautiful villa with great facilities

The villa is large, very comfortable and has all the facilities that you could wish for including a large well equipped kitchen, huge lounge and outdoor seating area and pool. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and communication with Estefania was good. The villa is a 20 minute downhill walk from the town and a steep climb back up - we used taxis to return up hill to the villa, easily available from the taxi rank and only a few Euros.

Fantastic Villa

The villa is secure, modern, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor space is amazing with fantastic views. We spent nearly all of our holiday by the pool. This villa is at the top of a very steep hill and it is a tough 15min walk to restaurants and bars, a car is essential. The villa is absolutely fantastic and we had a lovely holiday.

Awesome stay

We had a great stay at the villa. What makes it special is that it not only has a pool and that it is a very modern house, but also that it has a hot-tub, an outdoor projector to watch movies in the evening outside, and a ping-pong table and a bunch of fittness equipment. We would definitely stay here again.

Simply amazing

To say it short: This place is in every way amazing. Big beautiful house, spacious outdoors, wonderful pool, fabulous view. Can’t recommend this place enough. Hosts are attentive and always available with recommendations or help if needed. Close to city, but recommend you have a car. Takes approximately 20 min to walk down but longer back - the house lies on a hill. By car it takes 5-7 minutes and there are many parking spaces in the city. Rooms are located upstairs so not recommended if you’re having trouble with stairs or the like….. We’ll definitely come back to this perfect house❤️

La casa es muy bonita y las vistas son estupendas. En la casa tienes todo lo que te haga falta y los propietarios han pensado en todo desde el lavavajillas hasta el gimnasio en el sótano. Hay toallas y sábanas para todos y los propietarios hasta dejan unos refrescos y otras cosas alimentarias que harían falta durante el primer día de vacaciones. Podemos recomendar esta casa para todos que quieran disfrutar de Almuñécar y Andalucía. Ojalá podamos volver algún día!

Absolutely stunning property, lovely welcoming greeting, all facilties in the house was great, they even had essentials ready for us very kind. There are a lot of hills to get to the property so be warned. Only thing I will say the pool is not heated unless asked and have to pay extra, caught us out. Looking forward to our return.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt die Vermieter hatten für uns Grillkohle, Getränke, Kaffepats auf der Finca. Wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben konnten wir anrufen und es wurde zu unserer zufriedenheit erledigt . Die Räumlichkeiten waren super ausgestattet TV Hifi alles vorhanden. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder wir werden nochmal hier Urlaub machen.

Fantastic villa! 10/10

This is probably the best villa we’ve ever stayed in. The house was spotless and fully equipped with toiletries, cleaning products, ice cubes in the freezer and a bag of coal so we could do our own bbqs! Views from the house were stunning, I really can’t fault anything about our stay. We stayed during the last week of October and got lucky with very warm weather. It was chilly in the morning/night, but we had opted to pay for the pool to be heated so water was nice and warm (just make sure you use the cover at night!). The hosts were friendly and communication was easy over whatsapp. If you are reading this, book now! You won’t be disappointed.

Only thing needs putting in advert is that there is no jucuzzi(hot tub)in winter months as this wasn’t clear on add but awesome apart from that thanks Shaun,Kerry and family

The only thing we told you is that heating the jacuzzi was an unnecessary expense because at night it cools, not like the pool that at the end of December and beginning of January you always had it at 28 degrees Celsius. Grande maison conforme aux attentes : maison comme sur les photos avec une piscine chauffée à 29 degrés au mois de novembre, 2 jacuzzi dont un à l'intérieur et un à l'extérieur, une salle de jeu, un séjour agréable, un barbecue... très bon accueil du gérant de la maison.

Luxus Familienurlaub

Die Villa bietet wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt. Der Check in hat super funktioniert und war nach kurzer Kommunikation auch schon eher möglich. Die Zimmer bieten eine tolle Ausstattung und alles ist super gepflegt. Die große Küche ist super ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Highlight des Hauses ist aber sicherlich der Außenbereich, wo wir die meiste Zeit des Urlaubs verbrachten. Der beheizte Pool wurde nach unseren Wünschen eingestellt. Die Bar bietet eine eigene Kühlung für Getränke und lädt zu langen Grillabenden ein. Vom gesamten Außenbereich bietet sich zudem ein beeindruckender Ausblick über Almunecar, die Berge und das Meer. Die Stadt und die Strände sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir einmal Probleme mit dem Whirlpool die nach kurzer Kommunikation sofort gelöst wurden. Innerhalb von nur 30 Minuten war jemand vor Ort um Hilfe zu leisten. Wir würden diese Villa jederzeit wieder buchen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

I am glad to know that you enjoyed the stay in the house, I forgot to tell you that by 2020 the house will have an independent games and cinema room that is next to the garage where we will locate the ping pong and the pool table, this room It is very large around 90 meters and was closed when you were in the house, but if you come back you can enjoy it, and by 2020 the pool water will be saline, that is better for health, since you will hardly have chemicals to keep it . Last minute family holiday in an excellent Villa

We booked Al Sur Villa at a last minute decision and we made a perfect choice. The Villa itself is in a beautiful setting looking across the mountains, town of Almunecar and the sea. It is in a quiet area with plenty of parking in the Villa. The Villa is well kept, modern, very clean and with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need. The outdoor area is well set up with a great large heated pool, heated Jacuzzi and an external kitchen / bar area with a big BBQ, big terrace with a large table for outdoor dining and a great external music system with external large cinema screen. We use villas in Spain and Portugal for our holidays regularly and can honestly say this tops the list. We had a great welcoming pack of drinks, fruit, charcoal for the BBQ, water etc., this to me is an excellent touch after a long journey. Antonio and Paco were there to meet us, welcomed us and explained everything perfectly. They were excellent hosts and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them both for everything. We highly recommend this property and will be returning at our next opportunity. The only complaint I have is to myself for not booking for a longer stay. Regards Andrew Westlake

Beautiful and well maintained property

What a stunning villa with views to match. We were greeted on arrival and shown around the property which was very well equipped. The communications with Antonio before and during the visit were faultless and he and his team could not do enough for us. I could not recommend this villa more highly. thank you so much for a truly memorable stay.

Absolutely fantastic!

We rented this villa for 11nights and everything was exactly as listed. Size of the villa was unreal and even though there was 11 of us we never felt overcrowded in it. When we arrived the welcome pack was out of this world. Beers, wine, fridge full of food and other essentials (including coal for the BBQ). Location was great (don’t let the hill fool you) it’s not that bad to walk. The centre is approx 20mins walking or 5mins by taxi (taxi’s are quite cheap too). Pablo and the guys were fantastic and if we needed anything they were only a quick text away. The gym, pool table and table tennis was great too. Of all the villas I have stayed in, this was by far the best one I have ever been to. Certainly won’t be the last time we stay here either. Antonio was great the whole time before we arrived and made the trip stress free. Thanks again for a fantastic holiday, we absolutely loved it.
