Set in the heart of the historic Georgian town of Holt, is this lovely characterful cottage. Albertine is comfortable and cosy throughout with a gorgeous wood burner in the sitting room as well as traditional cast iron beds in the bedrooms. The property also benefits from a wonderful courtyard garden, perfect for enjoying the last of the day's sunshine. The cottage is only moments away from a great food hall, local independent grocers, fishmongers, butchers and some excellent, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

Great location but….

The cottage was lovely, tiny but perfectly formed. No storage in bedrooms to speak of so not sure how suitable for a longer holiday but fien for a weekend. My big issue was lack of any type of ‘instructions’ - no WiFi code so we could not access WiFi at all, and no instructions for electric shower which meant no hot water for first 24hrs. Despite these issues, no apology and no rebate on a (high) cost stay. So overal, disappointing.
