Mayberry in Orem! Cozy 2BR Apt by Costco! All New Carpet/Paint

Central location, quiet neighborhood and just plain fun! Located between BYU & UVU next to University Place Mall. Perfect for visiting your college students, sports camp/EFY, Education Week, skiing...

This is the basement apartment of a home in a quiet, central forget how close you are to everything you came to visit in Utah Valley. Walk to University Place/Costco for shopping, restaurants, a park and movies. BYU and UVU events are just 5 to 10 minutes by car. (There is a private gate from the neighborhood to the mall).

In the first bedroom is a queen bed & in the second bedroom is a set of a bunk beds with a full size mattress that pulls out to sleep five comfortably in the bedrooms. The kitchen is full size and includes everything you need when you get tired of restaurant food: full size oven, microwave, toaster, mixer, crockpot, electric fry pan. Utensils, plates and dishes are also provided.

We doubt you'll want to spend much time laying around watching TV but when you do there is a 40" TV and a DVD player. The TV includes Roku which will give you access to your Netflix, Hulu and other accounts. Fast wifi is also available.

You have off-street, designated parking for the apartment . The entrance is on the right side when facing the home. Please do not park in front of neighbors homes, enjoy your private space off the street. There is also a fenced backyard with a slate stone patio and plenty of grass. Guests are welcome to enjoy the yard.

Though the neighborhood is next to University Place Mall, there is no vehicle access from the neighborhood to the mall so there is limited traffic and noise. A pedestrian path to the mall makes walking access quick and safe.

The Utah Transit Authority's Mt. Timpanogas Transit Center is conveniently located within easy walking distance at the mall. From the transit center a bus can be taken to the Orem Front Runner station to Salt Lake City. During ski season, the bus to Sundance also stops at the transit center.

A Great Find!

You will love staying here. If feels very private and yet it's not far to shops, restaurants, stores etc. It is clean and comfortable and feels like a home. Enjoy the cookie dough!

Wow! This place was perfect for our family.

My wife was a little nervous when I told her it was a basement apartment, but wow were we surprised! This place is immaculate! The inside is entirely renovated and beautiful. Beds were extremely comfortable and the Mickey Mouse diner themed kitchen was adorable. Price was very reasonable and we were very happy. We will definitely be staying here again for future trips to Provo /Orem.

This Orem gem is a must stay for anyone. You'll find comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Clean and fun. My only caution is to watch out for the drain under the mat when entering the front door. It's easy to twist an ankle if you're not careful. We had a great stay!

Terrific place to stay!

This was an extended stay for us and it was terrific!! Highly recommend staying here. We hope to rent from them again. There was not one thing we needed during our extended stay that wasn’t already available. We cooked multiple meals, including barbecued. Everything was as advertised and better than expected! The owner was great to communicate with and super responsive. Location was great and easy access to everything you might need. This is a true gem in Orem!

Great place!

We loved this property! Perfect basement suite for our family of 4. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we loved not all being crammed into one room. We could not have asked for a better location. Everything was close! Communication with host was easy, check in was a breeze. We were grateful for off road parking. Quite neighbourhood, and cozy little suite. Kitchen was stocked with all supplies we need and the bathroom had toiletries for our short stay. We will definitely book this place again!!

Great space for me and my teens and adult children

It was a really cute basement apartment that had plenty of nice beds and an extra mattress for all 5 of us. The decor was lovely and the kitchen was well stocked and even had extra stuff you don't get at a resort condo! The neighborhood was convenient for getting to places both North and South in the valley. SO much better than a hotel and less expensive too (especially for 5 of us!).

We're lucky enough to live in sunny Mesa, Arizona where we have almost raised 7 children (still working on the last 2). We love to travel and lived overseas in Singapore for two years. Our most enjoyable travel experiences are usually with locals so with 5 of our children out of the house, we now make our studio apartment in Mesa available for other travelers. Most of our children and grandchildren are in Utah so we have a home there that we make available for travelers when we aren't visiting. We hope you enjoy!

The views of Mount Timpanogos are stunning from the front yard!! Whether it is covered in white snow, fall leaves or spring and summer foliage, you cannot miss out on the peace and majesty of this mountain! Enjoy the views all day long! You couldn't be closer to every amenity and food type you could want.

The mall offers a Trader Joe's on property that is within walking distance and a myriad of great restaurants....Midici is one of our favorite and just across the parking lot is Texas Roadhouse and others.
