Serene 2-bedroom apartment in Provo

Provo 2-bedroom basement apartment. This is an OLDER house and does not have amenities like dishwasher, garbage disposal but you do get a great value here. With a full/queen bed in one bedroom and a twin bed in the other. There is also a fold out futon in the living room for extra sleeping space. The bathroom is accessed from the larger bedroom and features a bathtub for a soothing soak and shower after a day of exploring. The living room has a futon, recliner and smart tv for relaxing . Wifi internet is provided. There are 2 tv trays in the closet as well as cleaning supplies etc.. There is a washer and dryer in a separate space in the basement. It is accessed by going to the end of the driveway and down the stairs into the utility room. Close to downtown Provo, Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, BYU and lots of fun hip restaurants and the famous Drybar comedy club. Easy access to the interstate, Provo airport and Utah lake as well as close to mountain activities. There is no ac. Book now and enjoy everything this apartment has to offer.

The good things: - the host is super responsive and helpful! Working with her was a great experience - the price was amazing - so amazing that it did make the bad things tolerable The bad things: - a lot of spiders and bugs - upon moving in, it wasn’t super clean. And we found dirty linens in in the warmer under the oven- while four of us technically fit, it was very, very tight, and the sleeping arrangements were less than comfortable. This would be a much better stay for two people! Again, the host was super understanding of the issues we did bring to their attention. To be fair to her, we didn’t bring up any of the bad things to her. I’m not sure what she would have done, but I’m sure she would have tried to help in some way.
