More than just a house, this property is a true Sevillian palace. Located on the historic Abades Street, in the heart of the Santa Cruz district and just steps from the Cathedral, the Alcázar, and La Giralda, this residence offers a one-of-a-kind stay in Seville.
The house preserves original architectural elements such as high coffered ceilings, stained-glass windows, galleries, and private patios, evoking the grandeur of another era while providing modern comfort.
Spread over multiple floors connected by an elegant staircase, the property features 7 bedrooms, 6 of them with en-suite bathrooms and private lounge areas. Bed sizes range from twin (1.05 x 2.00 m) to large doubles (1.80 x 2.00 m). There’s also an additional guest bathroom.
The spacious and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for longer stays or larger groups. The main living room is spectacular, with separate lounge and dining areas, handcrafted details, and refined decor.
A true highlight is the private inner courtyard, typical of historic Andalusian palaces, and the exclusive rooftop terrace furnished with outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying Seville’s sunny climate. The terrace is accessed via a shared staircase but is for the private use of guests staying in the house.
The house shares a main entrance and elevator with two other independent apartments in the building, but guarantees full privacy.
Set in one of Seville’s most iconic areas, surrounded by pedestrian alleys, churches, and historic houses, and just steps from local markets, tapas bars, and top restaurants. This is more than a place to stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

Amazing place and very spacious! We were all so shocked at how beautiful the place was. It was clean and as per description, bed linen and towels were soft, bed comfortable. Furnishings all lovely and great quality. Location was perfect as we did not have to walk too far to get to anything, especially in the heat. Very happy with it all and the service and communication by the team.
Great location and easy walk to everything. Seven bedrooms, lots of square footage full kitchen you couldn’t ask for more.

Beautiful property for a family gathering, well furnished . Great location.
Our family enjoyed the property, the location was great everything was walking distance- restaurants, bars, coffee/ Ice cream shops. Sightseeing was close by. The genteel home staff were very easy to work with, they were very responsive to all of our needs. Will definitely stay at one of they properties on our next trip
WOW.... couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Stunning home with great amenities and right in the downtown areas.. Easy walk to great sights and food...I was attending my daughters wedding and this place of seven bedrooms was perfect for myself and friends to stay at.....!!!!!!

We were traveling with another family and rented this gorgeous apartment in the heart of the old city of Seville. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. Fantastic bedrooms and bathrooms, with an amazing kitchen. We hope to return!!
I stayed at this location with 7 of my colleagues, and we enjoyed the apartment-style living that gave each of us our personal space. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, and the common area was large enough to fit us all when we wanted to come together. The location in the city is perfect—quiet street, but right around the corner from a bustling city center.

We can start with walking through the massive front door off of one those classic urban Seville streets—it was pretty crazy good and clear this entire place is ours. I suppose people who are from Seville might be less impressed by such a place, but we were in awe. As you enter the house you step into an open court yard that reveals the two story house and a glimpse of the bedrooms and other living spaces. As we were all collectively trying not to look around with our mouths open our host mention that each of the 8 bedrooms has its own bathroom. At that point I think a few people in our group whispered, “is this a mistake?” Indeed it wasn’t and this was our place, our home for the next four days as we explored Seville for the first time. Wow, just wow.
We stayed at this property with our 8 adult children and 3 year old granddaughter, and it was fabulous! VERY spacious with well appointed bathrooms, luxurious large towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap provided. Well stocked kitchen with dish soap, coffee, sugar, etc., plenty of dishes/pans for a large group, quality appliances. Beds/linens were very comfortable. Washing machine was much appreciated, but no dryer - just a drying rack.
The upper level single bedroom was too warm during our stay so we doubled up in a lower level bedroom where the AC was much better. Rooftop was great for morning coffee or evening drinks - but it is up several stairs. Elevator serviced the first 2 levels of our apartment. Beautiful historic building in a very convenient location (historic area). There was a restaurant within 2 minutes walking where we enjoyed tapas several times. 7-10 minute walk to the Cathedral, shops and restaurants. Host was very responsive before and during our stay.
Would definitely recommend this property for large family or friend groups. There were a couple other apartments in the building - so it could be rented for an even larger group for a wedding or vacation.
Seville was our favorite city in Spain - and if we are back, we will definitely stay here again!
