To the outside is an enclosed garden with lawn and patio, and off-road parking for two cars. 7 Spring Close is a lovely escape to this coastal part of England. Please be advised that the maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, no additional overnight guests are permitted. Minimum of 2 nights stay.
Note: One small well behaved dog welcome. Upcoming local events; Spring Close is just over a mile from the Royal Birkdale Open Golf Championship in July 2026, easy commute on the train from Southport to Hollylake. Please note only 1 dog at the property. Please note this property has internet access

Wonderful stay!

The property was in a lovely close that was spacious and quiet.We really liked the layout of the house which was very clean and practical. The landlord was extremely helpful when contacting him with various questions.
