Our bungalow offers excellent 3 bedroom accommodation in the leafy suburb of Fulwood in Preston. It is located in a quiet position and has parking available.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 ensuite, 2 sitting rooms, a dining room and fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Our bed linens are White cotton, we provide everything you need for a pleasant stay including towels and toiletries.
Our guest enjoy exclusive use of the property during their stay and will not be disturbed at all. We have achieved Superhost status on AirBnB and have guests who return regularly to our house.

Smooth process from booking to check-in to leaving, great communication throughout, all good. Quiet location and yet convenient for town, kitchen and bathrooms are a bit dated but clean and useable. Downstairs bathroom is a godsent for my aged parents, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, easy parking. This is the second time we've stayed here, both times have been excellent.
We found this the perfect accommodation - particularly great as we were travelling with an older person. It is really comfortable and well equipped. We found the location very convenient and you couldn’t ask for a more comfortable stay.
We came for our daughters Graduation Ceremony. House was clean, quiet, good internet connection, very comfy beds, lots of hot water. We would strongly recommend this property and would stay here again if we come to Preston.
We were very pleased with our stay here. The entry and instruction for access to keys worked ver smoothly. One item that I thought might be improved is to emphasise that entry is through the resident home and NOT Switak(?) Court. Both drivers arrival and leaving, were confused, and I was able to help because I had checked with SatNav the day before arriving as to exactly where the property is located.
This was very convenient for visiting relatives in the area. As we are quite elderly it is probably our last visit, but we would gladly recommend this rental to others.

Easy to find, tucked away behind a care home. Rooms spacious and very comfortable. Walking distance to lovely friendly pub/hotel, serving proper pub food. Nice and clean and more than suitable for our needs! Blackpool Pleasure Beach easy drive!
My brother and myself own and operate a small group of care homes in Preston. We also have some long term rental properties, this is our first holiday rental property.
