Beautiful terraced bungalow with 2 bedrooms in the complex Pueblo de la Paz on CUMBRE DEL SOL - BENITACHELL.
The house is lovingly and tastefully furnished and equipped with everything for 4 people. It has a small garden, a spacious sun terrace and a balcony with 2 sun loungers and a picturesque view of the coast and the sea.
The master bedroom has a double bed, the second room has two single beds. There is an internet enabled 55" TV and high speed wifi.
The house has a 75 m long communal pool, which is supervised by lifeguards from 8:00-22:00. Sports enthusiasts will find a skate pipe, a 4-court tennis court and 5 paddle courts only 100 m away. Here you can get connected with the local club and, if you wish, also take training lessons. A very beautiful, extensive golf course can be found on the outskirts of Benitachell in only 10 minutes by car.
The surrounding area is a quiet and idyllic urbanisation with a supermarket, an exquisite restaurant, a pharmacy and a doctor's surgery all within a few minutes' walk. The sheltered beach bay of Cala Moraig can also be reached in 20-30 minutes on foot. The well-known holiday resorts of Javea, Denia or Moraira are only 20 minutes away by car.

Excelente ubicación

La casa bien equipada, con una enorme piscina comunitaria. Todo perfecto, incluso la comunicación con el profesional inmobiliario.

Piso acojedor

Piso muy acogedor, tenía de todo. Sitio muy tranquilo. La piscina grande y teníamos una cala a 20 minutos andando muy chula. Sin duda volvería.

Appartement au Top !

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans un appartement super ! Exactement comme l’annonce le décrit meme mieux. Accueillies par Nelson, l’endroit est très propre, très bien décoré, lumineux et très bien équipé. Que ce soit dans la cuisine, l’equipement de la Wifi, la Smart Tv et la terrasse. Vous trouverez tout ce qu’il vous faut, pour passer un séjour à hauteur de vos souhaits. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Hammer Pool, größer geht nicht 👍, Toller Meerblick

Wir hatten super entspannte Urlaubstage. Dieses sehr schön eingerichtete, ruhige Ferienhaus hat zwei Schlafzimmer, eins mit Balkon und Meerblick und der riesige, wunderschöne Pool mit 75m Länge ist der Hammer. Es ist nur ein kurzer Fußweg zu den Tennis- und Padelplätzen. Eine malerische Badebucht mit türkisblauem Wasser und wenigen Menschen liegt nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Denia, Xavia und Moraira sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Alles in allem 5 Sterne. Wir können das FH sehr empfehlen und wir kommen wieder hierher.

Everything you need for a fantastic holiday

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much. It has everything you need, it is very comfortable and clean and it is cosy decorated. We loved the big terrace where you can relax and eat. We stayed here with our two kids and enjoyed the large swimming pool and the nice surrounding where there is plenty to do. There is a beautiful beach just a couple of minutes by car. But in august you need to go early to find a parking space. In Moraira, just 15 minutes by car you will find another beach with enough parking space and it is very suitable for kids to swim and scuba dive. We hope to come back another time to this lovely apartment.
