The Mediterranean holiday home is enthroned above Moraira on the Costa Blanca and offers fantastic sea views from Moraira to Calpe from all rooms (except for the bathroom and shower room). The very well-kept complex of 13 terraced houses is secured with an electric gate and is therefore very private. There is a parking space on the property and additional parking spaces are available in front of the house.
The cozy and well-kept holiday home in Moraira has 2 floors. In the basement there is a small shower room with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The living/dining room is furnished with a cozy wicker furniture set and a fireplace, adjoining there is a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. For the hot days there is air conditioning in the saloon. From here you get into an extra room with a large single bed and a desk where a 5th person can sleep. There is German satellite TV and Spanish TV. Stereo system, books, CDs and games for the whole family are available in the house. The living room leads to the covered terrace with table and chairs, as well as the garden area with deck chairs and another seating area. The garden is protected from the neighbors by Mediterranean plants and bushes and is very private. From here you have a wonderful view of the spacious pool and garden landscape of the complex.
The pool with outdoor shower (cold water) and the surrounding front gardens, as well as the wonderful sea view over Moraira invite you to relax. The complex is very quiet even in the height of summer as many owners do not rent out and are escaping the Spanish heat.
On the upper floor of the holiday home there are 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning units and closets and a bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. Both bedrooms share a covered balcony with sensational sea views over the sparkling Mediterranean Sea and the beautifully manicured pool and garden area
In the holiday home there is electric heating, a fireplace and air conditioning hot/cold for the colder days.

Additional costs:
Sunday arrivals and departures as well as arrivals after 9 p.m. will be charged extra by the housekeeper with €20.00
