Lovely place with a fantastic view

We stayed at the apartment for 3 weeks, and we had a lovely time. The apartment is light and with plenty of room for a family of 4. The apartment is well furnished and the kitchen well equipped. The balcony is spacious and has the most fantastic panorama view of the sea. There is sun most of the day at the balcony. The pool area is nice and never overcrowded. The manager is incredibly sweet and has provided such a good customer service both before, during and after our holiday.

Le logement correspond bien à l'annonce avec vue imprenable, à couper le souffle. On ne s'en lasse pas !!! Le balcon est spacieux ainsi que l'appartement. Panier garni à l'arrivée est très appréciable. La communication avec le propriétaire se fait par messages mais il est très réactif. Adresse à recommander. Nous y avons passé 2 semaines très agréables, calmes. Piscine non bondée.

Excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Cumbre del Sol. The apartment was in a great location with fabulous views over the mederterian and the surrounding mountains. It was very well maintained and equipped, it had everything we needed and a lovely welcoming basket of food and drinks. The host was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you so much for letting us use your house for our holiday. Definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

Schöne Ferienwohnung leider mit vielen Mängeln

Die Ferienwohnung wäre vielleicht wirklich eine Luxuswohnung, wenn der Reinigungsservice und auch die Endkontrolle ihren Namen verdienen würden. Das Bad müsste einer gründlichen technischen und hygienischen Überholung unterzogen werden und auch die Küche hat schon längere Zeit keine gründliche Reinigung mehr erfahren. Ein Liegestuhl war kompl. zerrissen und unbrauchbar- Endkontrolle? Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist nur etwas für Fakire. Schade um die schöne Lage und grandiose Aussicht!

Un séjour de rêve !

Super séjour début août dans ce très bel appartement à Cumbre Del Sol. Une vue à couper le souffle.... l'ensemble de la résidence est très agréable....les piscines très peu fréquentées. L'appartement dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. Environnement calme et à proximité de tout. C'était parfait!

Super unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen

War alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Panorama umwerfend. Habe mich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Von Bett aus konnte ich die Sterne, und der Sonnenaufgang sehen. Top Privatsphäre, Super Terrasse, willkommen Korb war perfekt für mich persönlich. Mobiliar und Geschirr schon hochwertige Qualität. Wer sich in diesen unterkunft sich nicht wohl fühlt ist selber schuld. Komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Perfect Bolt Hole

We booked a short stay before attending a wedding and everything about the property was lovely. We hadn’t anticipated ( because we’re old and I did the booking - not my wife!) that we would be located on the side of a mountain. Stunning views but needed to drive out in the car to get to anywhere except the communal pool. April was really helpful and the property, well equipped. Thank you.

Urlaub mit super Aussicht

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Auch die Poolanlagen super schön und manchmal für einen ganz alleine. In der Wohnung fehlt es an Nichts. Zum ersten Mal scharfe Messer vorgefunden und alles was gebraucht wurde. Wenn man im Winter da ist müsste die Couch dringend getauscht werden, da man wenn man sich setzt, nicht mehr raus kommt. Kann man unbedingt weiter empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank auch für den Willkommensgruß in Form eines Einkaufskorbes, mit allem für die erste Zeit. Liebe Grüße Marion Gehrmann Jürgen Pust-Gehrmann

Sehr schöne Wohnung,

mit wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Bei der Ankunft stand ein gefüllter Korb mit Lebensmitteln in der Küche im Kühlschrank lag Butter , Wurst und Käse. Es gab frische Milch, Wasser, Saft und Bier. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

VUE PANORAMIQUE EXCEPTIONNELLE SUR TERRASSE

Super Erfahrung. Megablick, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin

Wir haben zu zweit 2 Wochen in dem Apartment verbracht. Direkt bei Ankunft an einem Samstag Abend hatte die Gastgeberin schon Grundbedarfsmittel für uns als Geschenk eingekauft - großartig. Check-in superbequem über Schlüsselsafe. Ausstattung der Wohnung: alles da, was man braucht - Staubsauger, Föhn, Bügeleisen, Backofen, Mikrowelle, ... wir haben gar nichts vermisst. Die Bezeichnung Luxusappartment ist vielleicht ein wenig übertrieben, gut ausgestattet trifft es etwas besser. Betten sind bequem und nicht durchgelegen, die ganze Wohnung super sauber und schön aufgeteilt. Vom Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer kann man morgens auf Meer schauen und den Sonnenaufgang beobachten - megaklasse. Tolle, große Terrasse, auf der man frühstücken und sonnenbaden kann mit gigantischem Blick aufs Meer - an klaren Tagen bis hinüber nach Ibiza. Die Lage auf dem Cumbre erfordert auf jeden Fall Autobenutzung um zum Strand zu kommen, dann sind es zwischen 10 - 15 Min. Einziges Manko für uns - die Couch ist zwar noch schön, aber total durchgesessen, dadurch superunbequem, so dass wir abends oft lieber im Bett gesessen haben oder am Esstisch. Im ganzen betrachtet eine Superwohnung für 2 Erwachsene und 1 - 2 Kids, wenn es einem nichts ausmacht die paar Minuten zum Strand zu fahren. Dafür hat man einen unvergleichlichen Blick, eine tolle Terrasse, eine komplett ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer superfreundlichen Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder, regen aber den Kauf einer neuen Couch an.
