Come enjoy 500 feet of water frontage nestled on 1.6 acres of wooded privacy on magnificent Lake Keowee. Deep emerald green water in wide protected cove, just off main channel.

Our home is conveniently located on Keowee School Road, a quick 8 minutes from downtown Seneca and only 18 minutes from Death Valley, home of the Clemson Tigers.

You are a 5 minute boat ride to Keowee Marina and their Tiki Hut. We are also a quick 10 minutes to Oconee Medical Center, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Moe’s, Wal-Mart, Lowes, Staples, Publix, & Ingles, Planet Fitness, YMCA, & Dunkin Donuts.

We are also a short 45-50 minute drive to beautiful Highlands & Cashiers, NC.

Relax and play on our 26 X 30 custom covered dock with oversized swim platform situated in a wide quiet cove on very deep water with open views. So, bring your boat and water toys to tie up and enjoy! Two paddle boards, multiple floats, 5 oversized noodles, a ping pong table, and a shuffle board table come with the rental. A tailgating table and 4 folding chairs will be available during football season.

Our newly renovated open concept 3,300 sq. ft. home has (4) beds and (3) baths and comfortably sleeps ten (10). Features include ...gorgeous stacked stone gas fireplace, open concept floor plan, lake views from every room of the house, (2) master suites, new stainless steel kitchen with quartz countertops and gas range, spa like master bath with bubble soaking tub, new HVAC, large expansive back new deck overlooking lake, and new landscaping front and back. Our Direct TV with AT&T WiFi package includes all ESPN sports channels. Home has a (2) car garage and plenty of extra parking for your guests. Our large wooded lot allows for easy parking of boat and jet ski trailers. Our downstairs level has a 2nd master, large additional bedroom with 2 queen beds, 2nd den/rec room for younger guests, and a new kitchenette. There are also 2 very comfortable cushioned gray folding chairs in the upstairs foyer closet for any additional seating needs.


*New 40lb. capacity ice maker & black rolling Igloo cooler in the utility room for all your lake, sporting, and tailgating activities.

Wow, just wow!! We have nothing but good things to say about our time on lake Keowee. The house and accommodations were a perfect fit for our family of nine. The home is beautiful with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of seating inside and out, comfy beds, and activities to keep everyone entertained. We cooked, fished, played games and had s’mores on the firepit with stunning views of the lake. Close to Clemson with lots of things to do in the area. Park’s was responsive and friendly. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!! Our only complaint was not staying here for a longer period of time!!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

This house was perfect for our family of 5, and had everything we needed for a great week on the lake. The kitchen was fully equipped (spices, oil, dish soap), and there were plenty of noodles, floats, and even a tube for the boat that we rented. The house is situated in a quiet cove, and we spent a lot of time in the lake or fishing off the dock. There were also so many great outdoor areas to enjoy- the deck, the fire pit, and a picnic table outside the kitchen. We highly recommend this beautiful home. The owner was very helpful and quick to reply with any questions we had.

This property is unique in that is sits on 1.6 wooded acres and has 500 feet of water frontage with wide open big water views. Deep water open cove, just off main channel.

What makes this property unique

One of the homes special features is that you have beautiful water views from almost every room in the house. It also is very private! Another unique feature is the abundance of natural light. There are the 4 large skylights, 2 in the kitchen and 2 in the master bath. There are also 8 sets of large glass sliding doors off the downstairs master, upstairs master, den, kitchen/dining area, and downstairs rec room.
