The place was amazing. The views of the lake and location was perfect. The house was clean and plenty of dishwear and bedding. We docked the boat at the dock for a weekend of fishing with no hassles.

Not a bad cabin a little dirty n spider webby we killed a big wolf spider as soon as we went in. Not good shore fishing at all would be great with a boat. Fire ring at a bad place... the "gazebo" is nothing but a roof with tarps on the side. So the ad is a little misleading. Not much to do in the area unless you drive 45 mins to a hour

Ditch Pickle Classic

Came to Alburg to participate in a fly fishing derby on Lake Champlain. This was the perfect place to stay. Close to public boat ramp, convenient dock to keep my boat, and great local bass fishing. The place was nicely maintained and clean.

The house is nice, but we had no WiFi the entire trip and we were unable to use the broken grill. The listing needs updating so people know what they’re getting when booking. Convenient location, close to a couple state parks for swimming.

Wonderful stay on the lake!

My family and I had a great little getaway for two days at this location. Check in was super easy and Khara was very receptive to any questions we may have had. The cottage was very clean, cozy, and the beds were very comfortable! Definitely am going to re book another weekend for a small getaway again!

Beautiful views and the great central location to all the boat ramps on the northern end of the lake make this an ideal fishing retreat. We'll be back.

Perfect little cottage

We stayed here for the 2024 eclipse. It was a perfect location. Plan to bring bottled water for drinking/cooking/etc during your stay, but otherwise, there is everything you need for a relaxing weekend away!

father/son fishing trip

perfect place for us to stay. Property was very clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs. Updated stove, microwave, and refrigerator was a pleasant surprise the rentl fee was very reasonable.The owner was easy to deal with and was readily available.We will rebook for next year, and if there is a opening weekend in September we would reserve for a fall fishing trip.

This property was perfect for our needs. Close to Swanton and easy commute for our business needs. On the lake for evening enjoyment! This is a quaint little cabin whose age just gives it more charm. Checks all the boxes!
