About this property

This villa is located on the prestigious Formosa Gardens Estates a gated development where all the houses occupy large lots. The home has a South/West facing extended pool deck stretching the full width of the house. The property is surrounded by hedges providing privacy in the pool and deck. There is also a built-in spa which is perfect after a busy day in the parks. The pool and spa are gas heated, which is extremely efficient, particularly in the winter months.

The Family Room is beautifully furnished with three sofas, and has a 47” widescreen hi-definition cable/TV/DVD player. There is also a second Living Room/Den with leather sofas, TV/DVD player.

There is a delightful breakfast table overlooking the pool area for casual dining, in addition to the more formal dining area for that special meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and a fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is also a blender, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The separate laundry room has a large top of the line front loading washing machine and tumble dryer with an iron and board. For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking home and pets are not permitted.

This villa has a 24-hour security system, and a wall safe. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with plenty of towels, hairdryers are provided. It has high speed ('Turbo') internet, several mains USB charging points and has been furnished to a very high standard. A well maintained heating and air conditioning system is provided, along with ceiling fans in every room. In this home you will find:

Great location and lovely house

We had a great stay in the house and area, having stayed on the same estate twice before and locally many times before. The house was perfect (albeit dated inside, like most 00s built houses in the area now) and location is brilliant. The only two downsides for us were 1) the patio slide door leading to the pool did not lock and 2) the neighbours to the back of the property were very loud (all hours) using unsavoury language at times. Not sure if they were residents or rental. Neither spoilt our holiday though and we would happily return!

Neat and clean home

We have been renting homes for vacations several years now. We love this neighborhood and have stayed here many times but this was our first time at this house. It was noticeably clean when we walked in. The pool had good privacy and the pool heat was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house with a stunning pool area

The house is fantastic, it’s spacious and the “den” is ideal as as a second sitting area for the extended family. We enjoyed the pool, especially first thing for a refreshing dip. The house had everything that we needed and we would really love to stay there again

Beautiful Home!

This was the perfect house for my family of 6. A beautiful home and neighborhood. Owner is so nice and super helpful with anything we needed. I’d highly recommend this house. One thing I also recommend is taking a shower caddy to hang up. There isn’t really anywhere to set soaps etc. However that is a small flaw in comparison to everything thing else. Thank you for sharing your house with us!
