Apartment 100m beach with parking pet friendly:
The apartment of 50m2 is in the Sot del Morer urbanization of Sant Pol de Mar in front of the beach, 10min from the train station, 55km from Girona and 65km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is located on the second floor with garden and sea views from the terrace and direct access to the beach. The bedroom is composed of a double bed and in the living room there is a very large sofa-bed for two people. There is a full bathroom, equipped kitchen with washing machine, fans, stove for winter, flat screen TV, wifi throughout the establishment and free parking. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Le logement correspond à la description. Il est très agréable à vivre, très clair et le balcon est un plus indéniable pour nos petits apéritifs du soir. La plage est à deux minutes à pieds et le centre de Sant-Pol à une dizaine. Nous avons aussi apprécié la place de parking qui, en sous-sol, permet de garder la voiture fraîche. Ana a été une hôte très à l'écoute et disponible, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir à l'occasion !

Excellent location next to the beach of Sant Pol. Sant Pol is one of the few authentic catalan maresme villages without touristic cruelties. The aptm is clean and cosy. Excellent communication with Ana. Helpful and friendly. This is a jewel in the Maresme.
