Two-floors villa in Porto Columbu about 150m from the sea, with a large fenced garden on three sides and parking. Porch with garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor shower. On the ground floor living / dining room bright and spacious, with rustic furniture and fireplace, separate kitchen fully equipped with oven and with access from the porch on both sides. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor, 2 spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded, second bathroom with small tub. Additional charge for adding a double sofa bed in the living room.
