A beautiful Menorcan house, ideal for families and couples. Right on the beach, with the best views of Cala'n Porter.

2 bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a 135 cm double bed), living/dining room with a sofa bed and a 65" LED TV with satellite, ceramic cooktop, 6 kg washing machine, modern bathroom, and a magnificent furnished terrace. Air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and an awning on the terrace for shade.

The space
Fully equipped house with bedding (duvets also available for winter), bath towels, kitchen utensils, microwave, ceramic cooktop, iron, hair dryer, and coffee maker.

A secluded, detached, and very beautiful house with the beach right at your feet. Enjoy the views and sunsets from its magnificent terrace.

Enjoy the beach during the day and the tranquility of the sound of the sea at night.
Very close to all amenities and Cova dén Xoroi.

It is essential to respect the neighbors’ peace and quiet.
Parties are not allowed, nor is accommodating more people than specified in the listing.

Please use electricity responsibly: the air conditioning must be turned off when you leave the house. Any excessive utility charges will be billed to the guests as an extra.

It is strictly prohibited to dispose of food scraps down the sink; if this causes a clog, the guests will be responsible for the repair costs.

(The tourist tax (€2.00 per person per night for guests over 16 years of age) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.)

You must check in on the Partee website (you’ll receive the link before arriving at the house) to register the guests staying at the house.

A great stay

Eli’s apartment was just the perfect place for our long weekend in Menorca. The flat is exactly as described: small but with every comfort, clean and just few steps away from the beach. Moreover, Eli is a fantastic host, responsive and keen to make your stay as good as possible. I definitely recommend it.

Casa Abajo is, true to description, a stone's throw from the beach and we loved coming back from our swim to a good shower (excellent water pressure, btw). The a/c unit in the living room, together with the fans in the bedrooms, meant it was cool enough to sleep at night. It was a cosy place to stay, the communication with the host and her local housekeeper was quick and easy.There are 20-odd steps from the gate up to the terrace - these are visible from the website photos so no surprises there. We were surprised, though, that in mid-late September it was still tricky to find a parking space outside; however, there is a large overspill carpark down the road, opposite the Osprey Hotel. Speaking of which, we would recommend the Osprey's Nest, a terrace-restaurant on the 3rd floor: the menu is limited but the food is excellent. Which sadly cannot be said for the 2 beach bars that were open during our stay - even their coffee left much to be desired, but the villa's Dolce Gusto machine was up to the task. We had a couple of lunches up in the village itself, where there are several good bars and restaurants.We happened to be staying during the local fiesta week, and the villa's terrace afforded us a ringside seat of the equine "jaleo" proceedings on and by the beach. It was also the perfect people-watching spot. A quiet, relaxing holiday for these lazy octogenarians!

Summer Sun

We had a lovely stay at Casa Abajo in Cala en Porter. It is right on the beach with free public parking directly in front of the property and walking distance (up the hill) to supermarket and restaurants. It had everything we needed and everything worked well - air con perfect and shower pressure great! Check in was easy and Eli was very helpful over message through the app. The only thing was the property smelt of smoke when we arrived but this soon cleared after leaving the windows open. Overall I would recommend a stay here and we had a lovely week enjoying Menorca.
