Holiday villa with lake view and 3 bedrooms in Brenzone on Lake Garda. Casa Bellavista Brenzone is a newly renovated holiday home in a wonderful panoramic location on the eastern shore of Lake Garda.

The house is spread over 2 floors and is fully air-conditioned and heated. It offers a wonderful view of Lake Garda from the entire living and dining area as well as from the kitchen.

A large terrace with dining area and a spectacular view of Lake Garda, which is only about 200meters away, surrounds the house.

The panoramic living room with comfortable sofas and pellet stove invites you to enjoy cozy game evenings even on cooler days. This floor of the house offers a service bathroom, wardrobe and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table, cooking island as well as oven, induction stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, lots of dishes and cooking utensils and high-quality coffee machine. You will want for nothing here!

From the kitchen you get outside into the private garden of the house, which surrounds the house on several levels and invites you to relax under old olive trees, surrounded by beautiful flowers. Deck chairs are available for you.

A beautiful staircase leads from the living area to the 3 bedrooms of the house and the second bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet).

Each bedroom has enough closet space, even for longer stays. From 2 bedrooms you can already enjoy the beautiful views of the lake and the mountains when you wake up!

The bedrooms come with one 140x200cm bed, one 160x200cm bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds that can be united to a 2x2m bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and can be completely darkened if desired.

The house also offers a small relaxation terrace with a herb corner and lounge furniture, a laundry room with washing machine and 2 private parking spaces in front of the house.

The next bus stop can be reached on foot in 4 minutes (Hotel Sayonara, 500m) and you will find some of the best restaurants on Lake Garda in the center of Castelletto (2.4km). Hikers can start walking from the house to climb Monte Baldo, the hiking trails lead here up to the Malga Pralongo or to the historic sights of Campo, the ancient village. The lake with its christal clear waters offers small bathing spots everywhere along the shore and can be reached on foot in 500 meters.
