Beautiful house immaculate inside very comfortable we even played the piano .. Great place we walked to the beach, we went all over the new forest and all the beaches in Bournemouth we did sea fishing and visited lots of lovely places. Great base for a visit to Dorset and Hampshire . Good booking in system.Any questions they have good easy communication. We well be back .. we holidayed as family and had two grand parents as well. coastal short stay
The house is a nice house in a nice and quiet location. Parking available for 2 cars was the main reason for booking our stay here. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the property was not up to the standard that we are accustomed to. On contacting the property management company they were very apologetic and offered to send the cleaners in but we declined as we had already cleaned to our satisfaction. The property is however in a good location for shops, restaurants and beaches which are all within a reasonable driving distance.

That said, we appreciate your additional comments and we are sorry the cleanliness did not meet your expectations on this occasion. The owner of this property does use a contracted Changeover Agent to prepare the property before each booking and they would have been more than happy to come back and rectify anything that was not cleaned to their usual standard. We will of course provide this feedback to the company so they can make every effort to ensure the cleanliness is up to the usual standard expected for every arrival. Upon arrival the property appeared very clean and tidy, however after a few hours we realised the floors hadn’t been cleaned very well and the sofa was full of sand. However the property was very well equipped and very child friendly with lots of amazing touches such as a hidden play area under the stairs, a chalk wall for the children to draw on, lots of books and toys including bath toys and an outdoor summer house with more toys.
The house was very well laid out, the beds were very comfy and the walk to the beach was very easy and took around 15 minutes.
There was even an information poster, which I believed was made by one of the hosts children, this proved to be very helpful and informative.
I did Google the property once I received the address and was worried as the property appeared to be surrounded by industrial units, however I needn’t have worried as this didn’t cause any issues and I didn’t hear any related noises and we stayed Monday to Friday when you would expect the businesses to be in full swing.
The only negative I would comment on is it isn’t clear from the description or pictures that the lovely garden is accessed by the living room patio doors but is not in view, meaning the children didn’t spend as much time out there as I’d expected or hoped.
Overall a lovely property, geared towards families and I would return.
