The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave oven, kettle, oven, blender, and Lavazza coffee machine. The dining table can seat 10 people. The living area consists of a comfortable sofa, fireplace, and flat-screen tv with over 1000 channels. Next to the living room, you will find a billiard table. Also, the shared bathroom and shower are situated in a spa room on the ground floor.
On the terrace, you will find a 40 m2 swimming pool, sun chairs, and outside furniture. Next to the pool, there is a big wooden barbecue ideal for preparing tasteful meals for your family or friends.
