Our beautiful apartment has been completely redesigned to a very high quality level and Scandinavian and modern design - you're going to love it!
The apartment consists of 2 very large and comfortable bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen in the living/dining room, and a shared full bathroom. From the two balconies you will enjoy incredible views of the beach and sea and even on one side of the pool. The complete renovation was finished in March 2022, which is why everything is brand new and in impeccable condition.
It is located in an incredible urbanisation with a swimming pool (check before booking its opening, as it may vary depending on the time of year).
The Los Flamingos urbanisation is perfectly located on the Costa del Sol, on the outskirts of Málaga. It takes less than half an hour to reach from Málaga airport and only 20 minutes to Marbella and 10 minutes to the large city of Fuengirola.
A short distance away you have both several restaurants and the charming village of Cala de Mijas.
Other golf courses such as La Cala and Cabapino with 18 holes are a short drive away. About 25 more golf courses within a 25-minute drive.

Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:
Excessive general dirt on the property.
A considerable amount of unwashed dirty dishes.
Accumulation of rubbish within the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street containers indicated in the guide before departure.
Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).

We are not responsible if community services (swimming pools, saunas, gyms, etc.) are closed or restricted due to community decisions or legal regulations.
Community Works: We are not responsible for any possible acoustic or visual disturbance caused by maintenance, conservation or renovation works approved by the community that are carried out in common areas (façade painting, works in entrances, garages, gardens, etc.).
External Works and Third Parties: We cannot be held responsible for continuous dirt (such as dust or debris on terraces and external areas) or noise or disturbances caused by construction works, renovations or maintenance carried out outside the property by third parties (adjacent plots, neighbouring properties or public roads). As these are activities outside our control, we have no authority over their schedules or intensity, and their existence will not entitle you to refunds or compensation.

Valitettavasti kaikki 4/5 kattilaa ja 1/3 paistinpannuista soveltumattomia induktioliedelle. Annoin siitä palautetta mutta siihen ei reagoitu. Samoin olisimme kaivanneet esim. saksia sekä ainakin siivilää pastalle. Mikroaaltouuni olisi ollut myös hyvä ns. normaali keittiön pienkodinkone. Toisen WCn oven kahva oli lähes irti. Olohuoneen sohva sekä matto erittäin likaiset. Loistavat sängyt sekä tyynyt. Sijainti sekä asunnon sisustus erittäin hyvä. Portin kaukosäätimeen ostimme itse patterin. Toivomme ylläolevien asioiden "korjaamista" , sillä teimme asuntoon kuitenkin alustavan varauksen ensi vuodeksi.
Beautifully renovated modern apartment with breathtaking sea views. Very well equipped for all of our needs. Perfect location for the beach and local amenities. Nice garden and pool area. We will certainly return.

Property location could not be better right next to the beach . Worth getting up early to watch the sunrise from the balcony . Property’s is newly refurbished and immaculately clean .Pool area wonderfully clean with a lovely breeze off the sea. Fabulous stay and great communication from agent . Would stay here again when visiting
