A charming two bedroom cottage with a south facing terrace and balcony, only moments from the shops, restaurants and harbour.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Z-Bed (Flexible Sleeping Only)

First Floor:

Open plan living space.

Living area: TV

Dining area.

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer, French Doors Leading To Terrace

Second Floor:

Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, French Doors Leading To Balcony

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Terrace with garden furniture. Balcony. Annual ticket for town car park included (during Regatta week/s the car park is closed but the parking permit is valid for the Park & Ride on the outskirts of town). No smoking. Please note: No children under 12 years old. The property has a low balcony and a drop from the low terrace wall.. Tucked away in the heart of the town centre, this delightful characterful cottage is situated only minutes from the quay in the historic town of Dartmouth with its shops, award-winning restaurants and art galleries. Kitcat Cottage has been fully refurbished and redecorated, and is presented to a very good standard, with two bedrooms and a large south facing terrace for al fresco dining.

The harbour is a 2 min walk along with plenty of shops, restaurants and more pubs.Excellent place would book again, accommodation clean, comfortable and the kitchen have every single utensil you could possibly need

Lovely cosy cottage, well equipped and well located in the centre of town. Lots of steps involved so no good for people who struggle with steps. The cottage was clean and comfortable. This was our second visit.
