There is also a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside there is roadside parking and a lawned garden with a patio area and furniture, leading down to the charming chalet. Situated within a cosy village, and just a short drive from Hunstanton, Bay Tree Cottage is a lovely property in a delicate part of England.

This part of Norfolk is known for its abundance of birdlife throughout the year, with several local RSPB sites. Within easy driving distance is Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and Gardens, as seen on BBC's Springwatch.
