Located in the heart of the village of Heacham, near the popular holiday resort of Hunstanton our cosy, full of character, modern 3 bedroom cottage with secure and private south facing garden, garage and parking space, provides the perfect setting to explore the west facing beaches of the stunning North Norfolk coastline recognised as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Whether your interests are watching wildlife, walking and cycling or enjoying the unspoilt countryside and safe local beaches, Carpenter’s Cottage provides quality, comfortable and welcoming accommodation. Using contemporary furnishings throughout the property is caringly presented to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The cosy sitting room, with its log burner, tv and powerful internet wifi service comfortably seats 5 adults. Whilst the well equipped kitchen/dining area fully supports all self catering needs. The two double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom are furnished with high quality beds, mattresses and bedding. Upstairs is also the family shower room with a separate cloakroom on the ground floor. Towels and quality toiletries are provided for all guests along with kitchen and bathroom necessities.
A detailed personal service is provided throughout from initial enquiry through to arrival when you will find a welcome basket of essentials including free range eggs from our own chickens.

Literally a home from home, Teresa went out her way contacting me before and at the end of the trip, she could not have been more helpfull and accomodating, welcome giftsd on arrival were an unexpected bonus, beds and bedding were extremelly comfortable, everything you could ask for and more supoplied in the house, great location too.

Wonderful Cottage. A proper home-beautifully furnished, super cosy and everything you could need. The owner was extremely helpful-with advice for things to do and helping us as we left some items at the property. There was also a very well received welcome basket of goodies. We had such a lovely time in the Carpenter's Cottage during our late October stay. It seemed to be made for us five. It was warm, cosy, inviting, and it had everything tou need - it felt like you could move straight in. There is an attention to detail wherever you look, and if you like decorating your own home, you will truly appreciate this place. There are a couple of restaurants just around the corner (the Indian one had a very good selection of dishes), and Tesco Express is just a few meters away. You won't need it though, as a thoughtful welcome basket will await you upon arrival. Teresa is an excellent communicator, and it has been a real pleasure exchanging emails and messages. Thank you so much for having us!

Heavenly Cottage

The cottage has everything you could wish for, pretty little garden, beautifully decorated rooms, kitchen has every machine or utensil you could possibly need. Cosy sitting room with comfy sofas and a log burner. Comfy beds, nice bed linen, beautiful bathroom. Close to beach, local shops. 10 mins from ordolk Lavender

Carpenter’s Cottage

Our holiday on the English coast of Norfolk was superb. Not only did we have fantastic weather for the two weeks but the cottage we stayed in was Just what we needed for a family with three young children. Our host had prepared rooms for the oldest ones and a cot for our baby, a welcoming basket and all the information we could need to enjoy the surroundings. Thank you!

Everything we needed

Teresa's cottage had everything we needed for a lovely week away. It is located within a very short walk from the village High Street, with excellent bakery and only 10 mins walk to Lavender Fields, which is an attraction, but also has a great farm shop, where we shopped for all our cooking needs. Lots to do and visit, in addition to the beautiful beaches. The cottage was really clean and had all the things we needed, such as washing detergent, dishwasher tabs, cleaning materials etc which aren't always provided in self catering accommodation. Teresa was very quick to respond to any queries we had, before and during our stay and we would love to stay again and explore more of such a lovely area.

Teresa was warm and welcoming, just absolutely lovely. The property was clean and cosy. Felt like a home away from home. Well stocked kitchen, and with two kids, the washing machine was handy. Beautiful cottage, close to all the area has to offer

We visit Heacham and Hunstanton a lot as a family and really loved our recent stay here. Plenty of room for my family with two teenage boys. Hosts were very communicative and we felt very welcomed. Would stay here again.

Excellent holiday cottage!

Had a lovely week in this cottage and thoroughly enjoyed it. Directions and check in were very easy and communications with Teresa was very efficient and friendly. There was everything you would need for a holiday stay, the beds were comfy and everywhere was very clean and tidy. The welcome basket was very much appreciated. Nice pub within walking distance and the fish and chip shop round the corner was excellent! There was an Indian restaurant/takeaway too but we didn't get to try it. There were bus stops very nearby which would take you to Hunstanton and beyond and to Kings Lynn. Would definitely recommend and would happily book again.

Absolutely excellent. Teresa has thought of everything that might be needed for a comfortable stay. So well equipped, lovely and quiet, but also well situated for the village and local shops. A Perfect Stay in Carpenter’s Cottage

We had the best experience from start to finish staying in this lovely cottage. The accommodation literally had everything we needed and more. Games for the kiddies, wood for the log burner, lots of lovely toiletries, a packed welcome pack full of goodies and much more. The lovely owner could not have been nicer; nothing was too much trouble. We really didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back again and we can’t wait.

Perfect cottage

I have stayed at many cottages but this has to be my favourite so far. So cosy with everything we could possibly need. Teresa could not have been more helpful and welcoming with nothing being too much trouble. The coastal buses passing the door was wonderful especially as my elderly Mum had her 96th Birthday the day we went. Hope to go back again next yr.
