"Apartment 2" is part of an Old Vicarage in the conservation area of the North Norfolk village of Old Hunstanton. The property is situated on the edge of the parkland of Old Hunstanton Hall. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and occupies the 1st floor of this imposing former Vicarage. The property is within walking distance (about half a mile) of the beautiful beaches of Old Hunstanton.
The area has many attractions including the Sandringham Estate and also Holkham Hall and the medieval town of Kings Lynn.
There are several well-known links golf courses at Old Hunstanton, Brancaster & Cromer and for sailing you have excellent facilities at Brancaster Staithe and the marshes at Titchwell are renowned for their opportunities for bird watching.
A private staircase leads you to the 1st floor of the property which contains a spacious Lounge Diner with beautiful countryside views, Compact well-equipped fitted Kitchen, Double bedroom , Twin bedded room with TV, Bathroom with stand alone bath, walk in shower and a toilet. There is a large enclosed garden (approx 1/2 acre) with patio for own use.
Full Gas central heating, Wi-Fi, Bed linen and Towels included: Cot and Highchair can be provided, Parking for 2 cars. We are unable to accept pets.

Absolutely fantastic apartment, the photos do not do it justice. Everything to cater for a family with small children was considered. Stuart and Helen were very welcoming and provided local recommendations. Fabulous apartment in beautiful location

Everything was perfect, very spacious, comfortable and all amenities in the apartment. Old Hunstanton is a lovely place to stay.Just 1 drawback for us as very light sleepers is that we could hear talking and tv’s from adjacent apartments.

The property was amazing and gave us a wonderful base from which to explore Norfolk. The property was very clean and had everything that you could want. The property was in Old Hunstanton, a lovely little place with lots of friendly locals. It was also close to a duck pond with lots of very tame ducks who did need shooing to one side to pass in the car!! I would recommend the accommodation to everyone who wants a peaceful, beautiful base to have a holiday in Norfolk. Thank you for a lovely time.

Really lovely, well appointed and well equipped apartment. We were there just after New year and appreciated the nice touch of the Christmas tree! Great location in the middle of a mediaeval village and a walk to the beach. It was very cold outside but always toasty inside. We were there with 2 children under 10 and it was very kid friendly. Would love to go back In the warm weather too. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely two night stay at the property which is set in an idyllic location next to the Church and duck pond. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious and the photographs dont do it justice. Its about a ten minute walk to Old Hunstanton beach, which in my opinion looked a better beach than in Hunstanton itself. The walk along the beach from Old Hunstanton to Hunstanton took us around 40 minutes. I would highly recommend this property and the hosts are lovely.

A wonderful apartment

We loved everything about this apartment. It's setting is so lovely, it's location is perfect - in the countryside but so close to the coast - and its only a short drive to Hunstanton's shops and restaurants. The apartment is beautiful and spotless. We couldn't fault anything and we'll definitely be back soon.

The property was purchased initially as a holiday home for ourselves and our children, after many years of coming to the North Norfolk coast for family holidays. On our retirement we purchased the ground floor of The Old Vicarage to move here on a permanent basis.
