Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Large enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture (20 yards from property). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Just 900 yards from a sandy beach, and quietly situated in the pretty village of Old Hunstanton, this spacious and very comfortable apartment occupies the first floor of an imposing former vicarage and looks out onto its own large enclosed garden. Hunstanton (1 mile) is a seaside town with a large sandy beach backed by multi-coloured cliffs, and many attractions for visitors. Within easy reach are the splendid grounds of Sandringham Estate and the medieval town of King’s Lynn. Riding, golf, sailing and sea fishing all available locally. Shop and pub 200 yards.

This is a wonderful apartment, well equipped, spacious, comfortable and peaceful with a great garden in lovely rural surroundings. It is well placed for exploring the North Norfolk coast and countryside- great walks on the doorstep, and the swimmers amongst us enjoyed great swims at high tide off Old Hunstanton beach. We visited old haunts from previous memorable holidays in this part of the world. we'd like to think we will return.

The place was brilliant , we stayed next door about ten years ago but had no access to the garden.

The place was brilliant , we stayed next door about ten years ago but had no access to the garden. This time the garden was all ours. The beach is about 15 mins walk through the side of the Mariners Inn. It was quieter due to the schools not breaking up yet. The vegas fish bar had the best fish and chips around. The salad bar and the goblin were family friendly places to eat in Hunstanton. Snettisham Park is brilliant as you get to hand feed the Red Deer on the safari tractor trail. Great place to visit all round . The 45 min drive to castle acre priory is worth the visit as a great part day visit.
